The duplex overlooks a dry rambla and has lovely mountain views from roof terrace. Garrucha town is a 15 minute walk along a promenade by the long sandy beach. Garrucha is a fishing town known for its prawns. There are many restaurants, bars and shops here but in Mojacar a few minutes away you have discos, shops, water sports, horse riding, quad trerks, diving and there is a water park a couple of minutes drive from the duplex, plus go carting and a naturist beach.There are four golf courses near by. Two are only ten minutes away and the other two about twenty minutes. There are many beautful beaches to visit and the Cabo de Gato with lots of wild life.

Changeover day
Arrival days are any days of the week but a minimum stay of 7 nights only, but can be flexible. Long lets in winter.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, hairdryer. There is also a z bed for a fifth person. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers. The lounge has a bed settee. |
| Bathrooms: | Bathroom with bath/shower over wc, bidet, toilet and heater on the wall for the winter. |
| Kitchen: | Fully fitted kitchen, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster and a safe to keep your personal things safe. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge has a TV, video, DVD, coffee table, table, chairs and side board. Understairs cupboard with chairs for beach and safe and many toys for the beach. |
| Other: | Front terrace has table, chairs & umbrella. Roof terrace with table and chairs + 2 loungers. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bedlinen, bath towels and beach towels are included. We will clean the property after 1 week and change linen if you would like or you can do it yourself. |
Notes on accommodation
We also provide a welcome pack, which includes, wine, beer, water, bread, tea, coffee, sugar, butter + either breakfast or lunch things, depending on flight. I f you have any special requests just let us know when you book. There are heaters for winter lets. We do have other properties on the same complex that we can always use if ours is booked.

Outside
There are 2 adult pools and a child's pool. We do have a BBQ up on the roof terrace for your use so you can enjoy an evening of star and satellite watching.
Coast/Beach
It is a five minute walk to the beach. This is a long sandy beach with cafe's.
Golf
There are 4 golf courses nearby. Two are 10 minutes drive away and the other two about 20 minutes.
Travel
The nearest airport is Almeria which is about 40 minutes drive. You can also fly into Murcia which is about 1 hour and 15 mins drive, Alicante is about 2hours drive. Car hire is not need once at the accommodation as there is a bus stop nearby, but to see all the local sights it would be handy.
Distances
Garrucha is 15mins walk or 2mins in car. Mojacar is 5mins in the car. Vera is 5 mins in car. Carbonares is a lovely town and can be reached by local bus or car.
Further details
There are many places of interest to visit, like Almeria town, Lorca, Sorbas with its caves, the mountains with lovely views and fruit trees. There many bars restaurants and shops all worth a visit, you can walk or go by car.
