The villa is located in a private & desirable area called Las Tres Calas which is set against a backdrop of spectacular mountain views and is only 2km from the beautiful coves and beaches. Approx 3km nearby is also the charming little fishing village of L’Ametlla De Mar which offers some beautiful places to eat and drink whilst enjoying the stunning mountain views. The villa’s location is ideal for sun worshippers to relax by their private pool or on one of the nearby spacious beaches. In Las Tres Calas, there is a small shopping area which comprises of a couple of bars and a supermarket with a good variety of fresh food. One of the bars has an enclosed children’s play area and serves food such as tapa’s, pizza’s etc. If you are looking for a little bit more variety, then you will have to take a short taxi ride or drive in to L'Ametlla De Mar which is a five minute journey.

Changeover day
Change over day is Saturday. The villa will be available from 4pm and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

| Bedrooms: | Two of the bedrooms have double beds and balconies and the third bedroom has two single beds. A double sofa bed is available in the lounge. Air conditioning unit in the master bedroom. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom to master bedroom with bath and wc, main bathroom with shower and wc. Downstairs cloaks with wc. |
| Kitchen: | Kitchen is equiped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and toaster and door opens on to outside terrace. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room comprises of a large sofa which turns in to a bed if required and there is a dining table if you prefer to eat indoors. The living room has satellite UK TV, CD player, DVD and a Playstation. Air conditioning unit. |
| Other: | The stunning mountain view picture is the view which you look out to, from the roof top terrace, both balconies and the living room. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Linen and towels are included, and are changed weekly. There are 2 air conditioning units one in the lounge/diner and one in the master bedroom. |

Outside
The house has a private swimming pool, garden area with palm trees which is ideal for sunbathing. There is also a drive to park your car and a garage for storage. There is a roof top area for sunbathing or relaxing with beautiful mountain views as well as an outside terrace which provides a spanish BBQ for al fresco dining.
Coast/Beach
Three local beaches, all 5-10 mins drive away. Nearest is Cala Forn which is approx 2km from the villa. This is a particularly picturesque cove which is never over crowded, and is ideal for children due to the shallow water. You are spoilt for choice along this stunning coastline.
Golf
2 nearby courses both are a short drive away however Costa Dorada has several other courses which can be easily found on the internet.
Travel
You can pick up very well priced flight with Ryan Air and Easyjet who fly in to Reus (25 minutes drive) or Barcelona (1hr 30mins drive). There are several other scheduled airlines who fly in to Barcelona as well as a number of chartered airlines in to Reus. It is recommended that you hire a car although there is a train station at L'Ametlla De Mar which stops at Salou near Reus and Barcelona. The drive from either Airport is relatively straight forward as both Airports are next to the main A7.
Distances
Only 2km from the beautiful coves and beaches. Approx 3km nearby is also the charming little fishing village of L’Amettla De Mar which offers some beautiful places to eat and drink whilst enjoying the views. L'Ametlla De Mar is a five minute drive ot taxi ride away. Barcelona is 1 hour and 30 mins drive or train ride away and Salou is 25mins drive.
Further details
I would recommend that a car would be a great opportunity to discover some of Spain’s other nearby attractions such as – Barcelona, Tarragona, Universals theme park Port Adventura, Salou, Costa Caribe water park, Safari Aqualeon, to name but a few of them.
