All bookings are strictly first come, first served. Typical nightly rental £50 Sterling any number of occupants (4 max, plus infant cot available), for 7 nights-plus. Long weekends OK (min 4 nights).
Lighter prices this year offer fantastic value, easier on your pocket.

Longer stays, 10 nights-plus available with discount.
Loyalty discounts for returning clients.
Cleaning and laundry charge of 70 Euros applies to ALL rentals.

Changeover day
Changeover days can be flexible but must be confirmed on booking. Most arrival and departure times are OK, however check-out time is 12 noon. If no-one is arriving the day you depart, you may stay later. Transport from and to airport can be arranged.

Utility Room: Underground storgae room available for bikes, golf equipment, safe-keeping for bags in case of late afternoon / early evening stays till departure.

Notes on accommodation
The accommodation benefits from granite finishing to all flooring throughout as well as all bathroom walls.
Main entrance door with special locking mechanism and security door.

Accessibility
Apartment on third (top) floor, easily reached by stairs or fully operational lift, suitable for wheelchairs.

Outside
Property benefits from being surrounded by fully landscaped gardens, whilst the shared swimming pool is one of dozens at the resort, hence is usually used by small numbers of people and uncrowded.
There are a number of children's play areas around the resort, all without restriction of use.
Outdoor furniture is available for dining on the outside terrace, whilst the roof terrace has quality sun beds.

Coast/Beach
No wonder many Spanish families come here for their holidays. The clean and uncrowded beaches of the Mar Menor area are a delight for families particularly, with the heavily naturally salted water providing safety against drowning and aiding learning to swim, a must for especially younger children.
The whole length of the Costa Calida (The Warm Coast) is fringed with these excellent quality beaches, complemented by walking and cycle paths.

Golf
Roda Golf course is an 18 hole course, designed by former UK Ryder Cup star Dave Thomas and is a testing proposition for even the keenest golfer. Certain holes boast features similar to those found at The Belfry in the UK and the whole vista of the course is extremely aesthetically pleasing.
There is a well-stocked PRO Shop with a wide variety of high quality equipment and clothing and the on-site PGA Academy is complemented by the excellent practice greens and driving range.
Discounted green fees are often available for propety owners and renters alike and good value packages typically include two green fees and a golf buggy for getting around.
The Mar Menor area boasts a large number of other golf courses for you to try.

Travel
Budget airlines fly from many UK airports. Airport at San Javier ( Murcia ), 5 mins by car. New Corvera Airport 20 mins drive. Planned Paramount Studios Theme Park 20 mins drive.
If you cannot get a flight to Murcia on your chosen day, the large modern airport at Alicante is less than an hour's very pleasant drive away and provides a wholly suitable alternative.
A car is recommended for getting around and we can assist with details of reputable local suppliers of hire cars.

Distances
The RODA Resort is literally a short distance from the airport and minutes from the town centre and beaches. The Port of Cartagena is around 20 minutes drive away, with the Capital City of Murcia about 40 minutes.
The famous La Manga Strip, clearly visible across the Mar Menor can be driven inside an hour and is a worthwhile trip, with its' bars and restaurants, especially around the Marina area.

Further details
You won't always want to eat out and the superb local produce can make eating in a real treat, especially the local fish. A well stocked fish counter can be found at most supermarkets in town, all within easy driving distance or even a short stroll, if preferred, from the resort.
Anything from huge prawns to octopus, Dorada to Cod, and many more, all at prices you wouldn't enjoy back home.
The town itself boasts everything from banks to shops, great ice cream parlours to coffee shops as well as exceptional quality restaurants, whatever your taste.
For the kids, there's a themed water park around 25 minutes drive away and boat trips across the Mar Menor to the Roda Beach Club, with exclusive access to owners and renters, so go and enjoy!

About the owner
Along with my wife Jane, I run the family financial services business and during this current twelve months, we make it to our 26th business anniversary. Our forte has always been looking after the needs of families and we're now on the third generation of some of them! We carry our business philosophy into what we do for our renters - if we wouldn't enjoy it, you probably wouldn't either. Whether it's booking holidays for families or for keen golfers, the same ethos applies - we want you to enjoy, tell your friends and return in the future. Quaint towns adorn the region, with all their original charm and the average 300-plus days of sunshine per year make it just perfect. The friendliness of local people makes you feel at home and our property is situated only minutes from all you could need, and the wonderful beaches, town centre with superb restaurants, and the airport really are only minutes away. The area is still mainly agricultural and the beautiful countryside has not been compromised - from orange groves to melon fields - and far from the crowds, Benidorm this is not! From the natural beauty of the Port of Cartagena to the Capital City of Murcia, complemented by stunning scenery - this is the place to be - come and enjoy!

Our penthouse apartment is situated perfectly on Phase One of the 5 Star RODA Resort, close to all amenities and with stunning views. The huge rooftop terrace affords totally private sunbathing, and looks out over part of the exceptional 18 hole golf course, and for cooling off we have a great swimming pool. We are a couple minutes stroll to the superb Clubhouse, with its' truly excellent restaurant, in a wonderful setting and enjoying a drink or two in the warm evening air on the terrace is truly inspiring. The apartment offers superb comfort with quality furniture, with two bedrooms, one double ensuite and a twin with bathroom, full air-conditioning and fitted kitchen, TV and DVD, whilst the plentiful built-in wardrobe space will keep your clothes in pristine condition.
