The lounge balcony and the master bedroom balcony has the sun all day long, the guest bedroom has afternoon sun. Tranquil gardens with two community swimming pools. Underground garage space. The gardens have a gate leading directly onto the beach next to the famous Ocean Club. The beachside path takes five minutes to walk to Marina Puerto Banus with its stylish boutiques, department stores, supermarkets, pharmacy, banks, restaurants for all kitchens and budgets, gymnasium with indoor heated pool and exclusive beauty salons, piano bars, casino, and discos. Taxi rank, buses, daily tours and all other amenities. 5 minutes drive from Marbella old town with its unique character of cobbled streets and 10 minutes drive to at least ten international golf courses. Notes on prices
Last minute special offer , anytime between the 6th and the 23rd of June,,Special rates and offers available for long term and last minute. Our prices are based on a family of up to 4 people.Cots and high chairs are available on request. Towels and sheets are included. Car parking is included although you would not need a car here. Subject to availability, we can accept bookings for less than a week.
Changeover day
We are flexible for the changeover day.

| Kitchen: | The kitchen has been refurbished and is more than adequately equipped with crockery, utensils, glassware, etc. ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. and coffee maker. There is a washing machine and a separate dryer and iron/board |

Notes on accommodation
The development is on the beach with gated access from the garden. It has security all day and night, two swimming pools and and the magnificent Ocean Club is situated outside the garden gates. In the next building there is a health spa with heated indoor pool, gymnasium, classes, beautician, sauna and steam room. A reasonable entrance fee is payable.
Accessibility
The property has good wheel chair access to all facilities including the lifts.
Outside
There are 3 balconies in the apartment, 2 south facing with sea views,with dining furniture and reclining sun chairs. The third balcony gets the afternoon sun. There are deck chairs by the pool and on the beach. The Blue Flag Plaza beach is just outside the garaden gate. All amenitie sare within 5 minutes walk. There are two pools in the community and a huge pool outside the gate accessible to residents of this development.
Coast/Beach
The development is on the beach and five minutes walk from the Marina Puerto Banus. It is 10 minutes drive, or bus ride, from the town of Marbella with its magnificent beach promenades and cobbled streets. The beaches are blue flag European certified, sandy, well kept and protected, and with numerous beach bars and all types of water sports and fishing. The world famous Ocean Club is at the bottom of our gardens.
Golf
This is Costa del Golf, with more than 30 golf clubs within 30 minutes drive. The most famous in the golfing world has played and competed here. 15 min drive to at least to ten international golf courses including night golf:- Aloha, Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, La Quinta, La Dama de Notche for night golf, 9 holes. The alternative known name for the Costa Del Sol is the Costa Del Golf. Within the length of this cost, about 60 miles there are over fifty golf courses for all tastes, styles, budgets and facilities. There are the challenging and the less challenging. You would be completely spoilt for choice.
Some courses are hilly and the others flat park land courses with shady trees. The golf clubs are available for any one to enter and play and to use all their facilities without membership restrictions but on daily entrance fees for about 40 Euro for 18 holes. The golf clubs offers eating, drinking and relaxing areas in the club houses, buggies, and all your needs to rent or buy.
Skiing
2 hours drive.
Travel
Malaga or Gibraltar is 40 minutes drive, the ferry to Africa and Morocco is 30 minutes drive, the motorway is accessible to all parts of Spain and Europe less than 1 KM away. You do not need a car if you wish to stay in the area as all your needs are within pleasurable walking distance. Taxis and buses are easily available.
Distances
Marbella few minutes drive, and the white villages 30 minutes, historical Malaga within 40 minutes, and within two hours you can visit all the historical cities of Andalucia as Seville, Granada, Cordoba and many others.
Further details
International departmental store within 5 minutes walk, and so the art galleries and museums, designer shops that open all day and night, beauticians, open dining and international cuisine from all over the world for all budgets..cinemas, theater, bowling, safari/zoo, water world, dolphin watching, and all your wishes will come true...
