Tasteful fittings and absolute privacy, all coming with full air-conditioning for both floors.
Accessibility
Wheelchair users possible. Access from the street is possible. There is one bedroom, the bathroom, the living room, the kitchen and the biggest terrace on the groundfloor. The upper floor cannot be accessed by wheelchair users (there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and two terraces) as there are stairs.
Outside
Infinity pool + childrens pool (Communal gardens), 3 private terraces with teak hardwood floors, outdoor furniture (teak loungers, tables, chairs etc).
Coast/Beach
Natural wild sandy beaches front of the property within easy walking distance. Sitges and Vilanova beaches with a 5 minute drive away (for example Sitges Terramar beach).

Distance to Sitges Terramar golf course is aprox 3 km.

Barcelona airport 25 mins away (depending on traffic by car). Alternatively nearest train stations: Sitges or Vilanova.
Distances
Aprox. 5 minutes by car from Sitges or Vilanova i la Geltru. For those wishing to go to Barcelona, it is a 30 minutes drive or direct air-conditioned train connection from Sitges.

Hi, We have been living in Sitges for five years now so know the area pretty well! We have a young daughter and are well connected in the local community so can offer you plenty of inside knowledge and tips for your beach & cultural holidays. We love the Mediterranean and locally made food & wine and enjoying it all in private setting. We redesigned this penthouse to reflect light, sleek and neutral tones. Having Nordic upbringing we also made sure that the air-conditioning (on both floors, all rooms) provides a welcome break after a sunny and hot day at the beach or pool.
