Ground floor apartment, from the entrance door you enter a large lounge diner with large sofa, TV, cabinets, dining table and 4 chairs, off the lounge is a well equipped kitchen which leads onto a separate utility room with washing machine.
The kitchen also leads to the front terrace with views of the mountains and countryside.
From the lounge is a lobby area leading to the two bedrooms and the bathroom.
One bedroom contains a double bed and the other twin single beds, both contained built in mirrored wardrobes.
The bathroom has a bath with a shower over.
The lounge leads onto a large rear terrace with views of the communal pool and golf course the apartment is adjacent to hole number 11.
The apartment has an allocated parking space.
We own the apartment above and so larger groups could be accommodated.

A couple who live close to our apartments have agreed to meet and greet visitors, they have much experience in doing this, and they are contactable during your stay, they will provide a welcome pack, which contains a huge amount of useful information and are happy to assist further if necessary. They speak English, Italian and Spanish. A discount of 10% is offered if both apartments are taken at the same time, which may offer a large family a good value alternative to a 3/4 bedroom villa.

"like a place back home[philippines]"
a place to relax and away from the city that makes you feel your back home,[Philippines]a friendly and warm welcome from Helen,we're been here twice in this apartment and planning to comeback again a good place to bond loads of things to do the fascinating fiestas,entrada the toros,flamenco dance,bull night at el toros vinaros, we are not done yet,we will definitely comeback and three weeks is not enough is really makes you feel your home.
Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children and romantic getaway

the appartment was lovely and clean and the pool was fab , would definetly go again, the only thing i can grumble about is no air con but lucky for us our friends lent us 2 fans

About the Owner
We live in the UK with our three daughters. We are retired and we spend as much time as possible in our apartment in Alcossebre, Spain. This is a very nice part of Spain, the urbanization is one of the best in the area and our apartment is one of the best in that urbanization. We are looking for ways to spend more time there. We try to space out our holidays over the year. We both enjoy walking and cycling and we are always finding interesting places to visit.
We have rented our apartment since 2007 through a local agent and it has been very popular with the same people returning each year, this is the sixth year that we have rented out the property directly ourselves.
