This child friendly property features a sun terrace with sun beds, reclining chairs and patio furniture. A community swimming pool and private parking. The area is just perfect for water sports lovers. The beaches and sand dunes that stretch up to 14 kilometers comprise of one of the best beaches on Costa Blanca. Public transport to the beach is available close by.

Other: Conservatory to the front of the premise that has been furnished with patio chairs and table.

The beach is 14 kilometers long, golden sands, children's play area, sand sculptors and a lovely promenade with a range of restaurants, bars and ice cream parlours.

Travel
Alicante airport is approximately a 25 minute drive away. Alternatively a taxi will cost approximately 30 euros. Murcia airport is approximately a 40 minute drive away. Nearby bus station and excellent train service through-out Spain from Alicante. Collection from nearby airports is avaliable if required and we will book and arrange on your behalf.
