2 bedroom apartment (1 double, 1 twin), lounge with balcony, evening sun, brand new kitchen with open breakfast bar to lounge area, newly refurbished shower room. The Coronado apartment block is a 3 minutes walk from the Burriana beach, Nerja's largest and best equipped beach with over 800m of beach and many fantastic cafes and restaurants, including the famous Ayo's paella restaurant. Coronado has a private, gated garden pool area which enjoys sun all day. There are two pools, an adult pool and a childrens pool, with a lifeguard on duty during high season. Coronado's location is the best in Nerja, with easy access to all parts of the town, in particular the old Spanish quarter with it many bars and restaurants are on Coronado's doorstep.

Changeover day
Prefer Saturday but flexibility outside high season. Holiday-makers are able to access the apartment after 3pm and are requested to vacate the apartment by 10am on the day of departure.

Notes on accommodation
Excellent large swimming and children pool in the resort's private GATED garden. (extra safe for children).
Accessibility
The apartment block has a modern lift.
Outside
Coronado has a beautifully prepared garden area which offers a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere for long, relaxing sun bathing by the large adult pool and childrens pool.
Coast/Beach
The Burriana beach is a 3 minute walk from Coronado, in addition there are several smaller beaches between Coronado and Burriana which offer a more private and peaceful alternative.
Golf
15 mins drive to Baveria Golf, and 5 minutes to the soon to be built Nerja-Torrox Costa golf complex.
Skiing
The Sierra Nevada mountain range is around an 80 minute drive, which offers the unique facility of skiing in the morning and sunbating in the afternoon.
Travel
Nerja is around a 45 minute drive from Malaga airport, a taxi from Malaga airport will cost around 70 EURO. Holidaymakers can catch a bus from Malaga bus station to Nerja (journey of around 50 minutes) on the regular bus service which costs less than 4 Euros per person.
Once in Coronado, a car is not required as all of Nerja's delights are within easy walking distance.
Distances
The village of Frigiliana, which was voted the most picturesque village in Andalucia, is a short journey by car or bus, nestling in the mountains above Nerja.
Further details
The Coronado apartment block is located on Calle Los Huertos which offers several restaurants, a supermarket and a beach accessories store amongst its many facilities. The owners recommend Jaunny's restaurant on Calle Frigiliana (just around the corner) which offers all day excellent cuisine at incredible prices.
Nerja's main tourist attraction are the world famous Nerja Caves, an incredible system of caves which were only discovered in 1959. Coronado is a 5 minute walk from the bus stop for the Nerja caves.
Booking notes
20% deposit and £50 for keys (returnable when keys sent back - and confirmation received that there is no damage to the property). 80% to be paid one month before departure. The apartment is no-smoking and no pets are allowed.

Hi there,
We are a couple from Longniddry, Scotland. We have owned our apartment since 2003. We were introduced to Nerja by my wife's mum who has had a place in Nerja for over 25 years. We have two young sons.
We *absolutely* love Nerja, in particular the Burriana beach and the Balcon de Europe.
Our favourite restaurants in Nerja are Jaunnys, el Pugglia (and the original, La Puntilla) and Bar Los Cuanos.
