Changeover day is flexible except from the middle of July until the end of August, when it is Saturday. Arrival is from 3pm. and departure by 10am.

Accessibility
Approached down a steep drive, but easy to drive down and be dropped outside front door. Ground floor bedroom and en-suite, no steps. One step down to terrace.

Outside
The villa is set in half an acre of its own totally private, lovely mature gardens with pool 10m x 5m, large partly covered terrace with outdoor eating facility, and views of Los Naranjos golf course. Pool loungers, barbeque.

Coast/Beach
6 or 7 minutes drive to the local beaches. Marbella Club and Ocean Club about 5 km. Nikky Beach about 10 km. Lunch at any number of beach restaurants, Trocadero, Victors beach bar etc.

Golf
2 minutes from Aloha, Las Brisas and Los Naranjos Golf clubs. All are championship quality courses. Sit on the terrace for lunch at Aloha with panoramic views of the hills and mountains beyond.

Travel
Malaga airport (AGP) is 45 minutes driving time. Taxis, or a bus service to Marbella are available, but a hire car is recommended.

Distances
5 minutes to Puerto Banus, 7-8 minutes to Marbella and San Pedro. 2 hours to Granada and the Alhambra Palace.

The nearest restaurant. 'El Picadero' is walking distance or 1 minute away by car. Local shops including, Opencor, bank, pharmacy, newsagent, laundry, Mercadona and many top class restaurants are all 3 minutes away.

Booking is by completion of a booking form sent to you by e-mail following your enquiry. Simply complete the form and e-mail back if you wish to go ahead. A 10% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the date, and the balance along with a security deposit of £250 is required four weeks before the commencement of the holiday. Payment are required to be made by bank transfer.

Hello, I am George. I have been coming here for 40 years and absolutely love it. I have five children and 6 grandchildren. I have wintered in South Florida for the last ten years but moved here because of greater accessibility for the family.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
I bought here because it is perfect for family holidays with great weather and something for everyone. Beach, Golf, Tennis, stylish night-life and world class restaurants. But also because of the privacy and remoteness from the crowds.

Unique benefits of the property
Very convenient for eating out. A dozen or more good restaurants less than 5 minutes away. Also total privacy is afforded by the villa and garden which is not overlooked at all. One of the few 'front line' villas with direct uninterrupted views over the golf course.
