This large villa is situated on an elevated position with unrivalled views of North Africa and Gibraltar. Private covered patio area containing a large table and also a Pool table. Private heated pool, BBQ set in 3/4 acre of gardens. It has its own pool bar with 8 high stools. The house is very well equipped with all the usual necessities just like a home from home. Situated in a old traditional fishing village with several restaurants, bars, cafes, chemist, mini supermarket. At least 10 golf courses close by (57 golf courses on Costa del Sol) including the famous 'Valderama' Golf Course which is 1-2 miles from the Villa. Villa has caretakers who can do extra Cleaning, Cooking, Babysitting and Driving at nominal rates. Client pays caretakers direct. They have their own accommodation on basement level completely separate to main house. They have no access to pool or main garden area. The caretakers have part time work locally.

Prices are per week (7 days) however depending on the season if you would prefer to stay for a different number of days ie 5 or 10, the cost will be based on a pro rota basis
Changeover day
Changeover Day is ideally a Saturday but in some cases can be flexible. Earliest Arrival time 4pm. Latest Departure time 10am.
Depending on availability earlier check in or later departure can be arranged for a surcharge. Please ask for details.

Accessibility
There is a gradual slope to steps of villa and then 16-20 steps to front door. Cobble stone car park area.
Outside
Large private garden, wishing well, orange trees, grapevines, Pool bar with stools, Barbeque, 8 sun loungers, table and 8 chairs at pool area, 2 Swing Hammocks, Large area with Wooden Pergola for shade. Fridge at bar. Pool is approx 32 feet by 16 feet. Private pool and can be heated for an extra payment. There is an outdoor toilet/washbasin for the pool area.
Coast/Beach
7 minutes walk to beach. Approx a mile of beautiful sandy beach with 2 beach bars (which turn into night clubs from June to Sept) reputed to be one of the best beaches on the coast. 2 lifeguard hut/lookouts. Blue flag beach. Toilets. Windsurfing, kite surfing. At one end we have fishing boats and rockeries to explore. Small Bird Nature Reserve adjacent to beach.
Golf
The area has at least 10 Golf Courses within 10 miles also with several Municipal courses for example La Canada which would be a lot cheaper. This area is called the Costa del Golf. Sotogrande 1 mile. Valderama 2 miles.La Reserva, San Roque 4-5 miles. Almenara 4 miles. Alcaidesa 4 miles. Puerto Duquesa 10 minute drive. Estepona 15 minute drive, Aloha in Marbella 30 minutes.
Skiing
2 hours drive to Sierra Nevada Ski Resort (Granada).
Travel
Malaga Airport 1 hour by Motorway driving. Jerez 1 hour by car. Gibraltar 20 minutes by car. Ronda 1 and half hours, Granada 2 hours, Tarifa 30 mins, Algeciras 25 mins, Seville 2 hours by car. Britain to Malaga is approx 2hours 50 minutes from most Airports. Car Hire is recommended.
Distances
5-7 minute walk to village/beach/restaurants etc. Driving: 20 mins Gibraltar. 30 mins Marbella/Puerto Banus. 40 mins Fuengirola. 1hr and half - Ronda. 35 mins - Tarifa (Cadiz) one of best Surfing area in Europe with white sandy beaches and good night life for the younger set. Ferries to North Africa from Algeciras Port is 25 minutes from Villa. (Tangiers, Ceuta).

5-7 minutes walk to Village. We have 6 restaurants, 5 Bars, Hotel, Mini supermarket, 2 Coffee shops, Ice cream Parlour, Chemist, ATM Machine, Butchers, Beauty Parlour, Hairdressers, Newsagent. Petrol Station is half mile away. Pottery shop is opposite Petrol station for some local stoneware. In the next village 2 miles away, there are 3 Big supermarkets including Lidl, 2 Banks and everything else that one might need will be in the village- Pueblo Nuevo and Guadiaro. Sotogrande is the home of International Polo with major competitions mainly being played in July and August and entry is Free. This is a must see for anyone visiting the area. Horse riding is available locally.

A deposit of 30% is required immediately and 6 weeks beforehand the balance must be paid in full. If booking less than 6 weeks in advance, payment must be paid in full. A refundable damage deposit of £500 is also required which will be repaid 14 days after departure.

We are an Irish Couple with 3 grown up children living in England. We have been coming to this beautiful area for over 30 years. The closeness to the Sea and the beautiful views from our Villa are the reason we enjoy the area so much. This is not a basically furnished house. This house is like home from home as far as we are concerned, with all the little luxurys we would have at home, 42"plasma, dishwasher,DVD,Music Stereo, Juicer, Pool Table etc, etc. I am sure anyone staying here will feel as we do.
