This unique 19th century Cave House has been lovingly restored to a high standard, set in beautiful lush tropical gardens, with private pool. Surrounded by orange and lemon groves with olive and almond farms also. There are stunning 360 degree Mountain views, making this property ideally located for bird watching, walking and an interest in geology. The village of La Murada is only 1 km, with plenty of typical Spanish bars and restaurants, as well as banks, chemist, supermarket and several specialist shops. La Murada is well known for its excellent market, on a Sunday, which brings people in from all over the area. The village also has a petrol station and medical centre.

Notes on prices
Prices are per week in UK pounds, based on 6 sharing. There is a £50 per week supplement for the additional 7th person sharing bedroom 3 and £50 for additional 8th person on single sofa bed.
In addition to the prices above school/bank holidays are charged at peak rate.
£150 damage/keys deposit is to be paid with the balance and returned within one week of departure following checks.
I can offer lower rates for longer winter stays.
Changeover day
Saturday is usually changeover day. Arrival after 2pm and departure by 10am, although this can be flexible, please enquire.

Notes on accommodation
The Cave house maintains a constant comfortable temperature all year round so there is no need for air conditioning or fans in the summer. Welcome pack of essentials is included.
Accessibility
Access is via a tarmac road, which leads directly to parking area with a covered car port for two cars.
Outside
Private pool is surrounded by a tiled terrace with sun loungers, reclining chairs. Soft comfortable garden furniture on another terrace including tables and parasols.
Coast/Beach
The beaches of Guardamar, Santa Pola and La Marina are 30 mins by car.
Golf
There are many golf courses within easy traveling distance.
Special interest holidays
The Thermal Spa Baths of Fortuna and Archena are a short drive away. Orihuela is a very old medieval town with lots of historical buildings is 10 mins drive. Elche which is approx 20 mins drive is famous for its Palm Tree park.
Travel
By Car, Alicante Airport is 30 mins, Murcia Airport is 45 mins. Car hire is advised. Airport pick-up and drop-off can be arranged at an additional cost.
Distances
Distances in time by car. Orihuela is the closest large town which is 10 mins. City of Murcia is 25 mins. City of Alicante is 35 mins. Torrevieja is 45 mins. Benidorm about an hour.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 150 pounds (for each week booked) is required to secure the booking, with the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to rental date. Travel insurance may be required as no liability is accepted by owners in the event of injury, loss or damage.
