Beautiful spacious apartment with fabulous views over golf course and Mountains. 300 metres from the local beach with Mojacar beach a short 5 minute drive away. Rental of our apartment include access to 2 swimming pools plus underground secure parking. Our adult guests will have use of the gym and sauna (over 18s only please). Large lounge/dining room with comfortable furniture with unspoilt views of golf course and Mountains. The fully fitted open plan kitchen with granite worktops and breakfast bar is equipped to the highest standard. There are 2 bedrooms each with twin beds and large fitted wardrobes and 2 bathrooms. The apartment has an enormous terrace with ample furniture, overlooking Marina golf and mountains beyond. Managed locally by our English and Spanish speaking manager.

Flexible changeover day. Vacate by 10am on day of departure unless by prior arrangement. Arrival prior to 2pm by arrangement.

Accessibility
Our Apartment is handily sited on the ground floor close to the pools making it extremely accessible for our clients(However there are no special adaptations for the infirm).
Outside
Our very large terrace overlooking the 18th tee has beautiful views of the golf course, Old Town Mojacar and the mountains. It is only a 2 minute walk to our local beach. Gas BBQ, Loungers, large table with 6 chairs with parasol and drinks table. The terrace comes with numerous potted plants and trailing bourgainvillea.The apartment is close to both the large shared swimming pool with smaller adjacent children's pool.It overlooks the beautifully kept community gardens. You will enjoy the full use of fully equipped private fitness room with sauna.
Coast/Beach
2 minutes walk from long, beautiful quiet sandy beach. Beach activities include: volleyball, water sports,pedalos, table tennis, slides and climbing frames. Horse riding, Go-karting, Mini-Golf, Trampolines, Scuba diving, Sailing,Fishing and Tennis facilities are close by. The Water park is 10 minutes drive away.
Golf
Positioned overlooking the beautiful Marina de la Torre Golf course and is within 15 minutes drive of the courses at Desert Springs, Valle de Este and Cortijo Grande.
Travel
Almeria 40 mins driving time. Murcia -1 hour 20mins on new AP7 motorway. Alicante-1 hour 50 mins driving time. Our Apartment is only 15 mins drive from the new Mediterranean Motorway. Car hire recommended to obtain full value from the beautiful locality.Collection from and return to Almeria airport can be arranged through a loacl car hire firm provided car hire is taken up with that company. Secure underground parking is included.
Distances
5 minutes walk to nearest supermarket. The fishing village of Garrucha is 1 kilometre away. The centre of Mojacar is a 5 minute drive. Frequent cheap bus service close by along the sea front. The old Moorish town of Mojacar 10 minutes by car. Water park 4 kilometres away.Close to miles and miles of beautiful, peaceful and safe beaches stretching to Cabo de Gata.

Close to the caves of Sorbas and to Mini Hollywood Theme Park. Mountainous area popular with hikers and mountain bikers. Famous for Bird watching and Local Wildlife. The city of Almeria is excellent for shopping.The apartment is close to both Garrucha and Mojacar with their many and varied restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets! Several excellent supermarkets close by together with many Banks, Pharmacies and local shops.
