A few minutes drive brings you to the fabulous beaches at Guardamar and La Marina. The villa provides an ideal base for your holiday, whether your preference is for excellent beaches, top class golf. There is plenty for children to do - there is a water park (15 minute walk), crazy golf and any kind of sport (within easy reach). Our property is equipped to a high standard to ensure that our guests are comfortable and that your stay is as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Also has heating installed for winter lets.

| Living Rooms: | One living / dining room The open plan living/dining room has 2 sofas, a dining table and chairs, TV with full English satellite package and air-conditioning. Also now has heating installed and a living flame gas fire for extra warmth on winter evenings. |
| Other: | The balcony is very large and is fully equipped with sun awning and patio furniture and overlooks the pool area. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All towels and linen are provided (excluding pool towels) washing machine for linen. Extra linen can be provided at extra cost. Cleaning and linen change on exit charges 10 euros per person (payable to our representative upon arrival). |

Notes on accommodation
No smoking in the villa please.
There is air conditioning to the living area and bedroom one. The remaining bedrooms all have ceiling fans for summer use. There is quality heating installed for winter use.
Outside
The property has its own garden, fully equipped balcony with sun awning and overlooks the pool area. There is also a roof terrace with shower.
Coast/Beach
There are fabulous beaches within a 15 minute drive at Guardamar and La Marina.
Golf
Casa Fiori is 15 minutes away from various top quality golf courses - Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Royal Club Campoamar La Finca course at Algorfa. Quesada has its own course - Le Marquesa, which is 5 minutes drive away.
Travel
Alicante airport is approximately 25 minutes away by car. Murcia airport is about 30 minutes drive.
For budget/ low cost flights from regional airports try. Car hire is recommended. Airport collection can be arranged at extra cost.

Further details
There is a small English supermarket at the bottom of the road and is only a 2 min walk away. A new large supermarket has been built within a 5 minute walk and should be open this summer. A variety of shops, bars and restaurants are a couple of minutes walk away. Walking distance to Rojales where there are more shops, bars, restaurant, clubs/discos and an 2 large supermarkets. There is also another supermarket within a 5 minute drive. There is a Carrefour hypermarket in Torrevieja and an Eroski in Orihuela. A wide variety of shops can be found in Guardamar. There is a weekend market within a 5 minute drive and 2 street markets within walking distance, excellent for fresh fruit and vegetables. For food and entertainment, you will find everything from traditional Spanish food to international cuisine. Excellent value and always far cheaper than comparable food at home. We are happy to advise you about our particular favourites. Wine is of course plentiful and great value. Spanish fiestas - fireworks and there is always a display going on somewhere, every town and village has one so you could go to one every night at the right time of year.
Booking notes
Please contact the owners to book. 25% deposit is required to confirm booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks before holiday commences.
A £200 refundable security deposit is requested to cover breakages etc. although crockery etc is easily replaced locally.
House swap
House swap considered. Europe and Worldwide and to sleep 6 preferably 2 bathrooms.
