Our 3 bedroomed house Villa El Arbol, is fully equipped with everything you are likely to need for a fun and relaxing holiday. The front terrace is perfect for watching the sun rise each morning and enjoying a siesta in the shade of the awning during the afternoon. Also ideal for enjoying the use of the purpose built barbecue on the adjacent lower terrace. Meanwhile those that like to soak up the sun can enjoy all day sunshine on the rooftop solarium and watch the sunset in the evening. The house is situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac on the outskirts of the picturesque and lively town of Torrevieja. Shops, bars and restaurants are close by. The communal swimming pool is just behind the house. There are many beaches within a 10 minute drive, the nearest being just 2km or a 30 minute walk away. Several golf courses are within a 15 min. drive. The courses at Villa Martin are only 6km from the house so golfers have the best of all worlds.

Changeover day
Change over day is flexible. We try to be flexible with arrival and departure times but at busy periods departure will have to be by 12noon. House ready on arrival by 4pm.

Bedroom 3 (upstairs) with small double bed, balcony with sea views.
Bathrooms: Bathroom (downstairs) with bath/shower over, wc, wash basin, bidet and cabinet.
Kitchen: American style kitchen with hob, fridge freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, tea pot, pans and utensils etc.
Utility Room: Washing machine and sink.
Living Rooms: Lounge diner with corner suite settee, dining table and chairs, coffee table, radio/CD player and TV with DVD player.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen are provided. They are changed between lets. They can be changed during lets by arrangement if required. The house is cleaned between lets. Again this can also be done during lets by arrangement for an extra charge.

Notes on accommodation
The 3 bedrooms all have ceiling fans fitted to keep you cool during the night. There are also free standing fans to use wherever required. All rooms have electric heaters for use during the winter months. The house is ideal for families although due to steps and stairs may not be ideal for very small children.

Outside
The outside area of the house is pleasant and spacious. The main front terrace is equipped with table and chairs. It gets plenty of sun and has an awning. The lower front terrace is shaded by trees and has a purpose built barbecue. The rooftop solarium is equipped with table and chairs as well as sun beds and sun umbrella. There is also a portable barbecue. There are views across to Torrevieja and the Mediterranean sea.

Coast/Beach
There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive and many more along the coast. Most have beach bars or facilities nearby. Punta Prima beach is a 5 minute drive or a 30 minute walk, about 2km. The beaches vary from small and secluded to long and sandy, some quiet and some quite busy. The Mar Menor is an inland sea with warmer waters about a half hour drive away, separated from the Med. by La Manga.

Golf
There are several golf courses within a 15 mile radius. All of a good standard. The nearest course at Villa Martin is only 6km away (10min by car) and Campoamor just a bit further.

Travel
The nearest airports are Alicante and Murcia (40 & 25min. approx.) It is recommended to have use of a car although not essential. It is easy to hire a car and collect at the airport. However for those who prefer not to drive we can arrange airport pick ups and transport for trips out during the holiday. There are buses running frequently from a stop at the end of the road to Torrevieja. Shops, restaurants and bars are within a 15min. walk. The nearest beach is a 30 min walk or 5min drive.

Distances
Torrevieja is a 10 minute car journey, slightly longer by bus. Several other towns such as Guardamar, Elche, Orihuela and Murcia are within 30min drive. Alicante and La Manga are approx. 45 minutes drive. Away from the coast the peace and tranquility of the hills and mountains can be reached within the hour.

Further details
There are street markets held in Torrevieja every Friday and the even closer Playa Flamenca every Saturday. Other towns and villages hold markets on different days. There is a Carrefour hypermarket about 15 min. drive away not far from a waterpark. The nearest supermarket and restaurant is at the top of the road. Several others are nearby.

Booking notes
Booking can be made by telephone or email and confirmed on our booking form, letter, phone or email. A 20% non returnable deposit is payable at the time of booking. The balance is then payable 6 weeks before departure. If booking is made within 6 weeks then whole amount is payable at time of booking.
