| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bed linen and towels are provided, along with beach towels. Midweek change and clean can be organised at 30 euros payable direct to the cleaning company. At the end of your stay 65 euros is required for a full clean and laundry. |

Notes on accommodation
Prices are based on up to 4 persons sharing. £25.00 per week per person if more than 4 persons. Cots and high chairs and any other requirements can be met by contacting myself, where I will endeavor to make your stay enjoyable and happy. Please note that the washing machine is there for your use. Beach Towels can be replenished during your stay at a cost of 2 euros per towel. Please indicate if you would like beach towels provided.
Accessibility
The area is very flat for walking and cycling. The accommodation sleeping areas are on the first floor with the ensuite double bedroom located on the top floor. Air con is provided in all 3 bedrooms.
Outside
The is a large sun terrace patio at the front of the house, which soaks up the sunshine from mid morning till late evening. There is a large patio table, chairs and umbrella for shading out the rays, sun loungers and sun chairs also available. There is also a bbq available to use. The pool is located at the end of the street, which is open from 10am till 2100hrs. It is a private pool and only key holders have access.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful Mar Menor coast runs along in the inlet of Santiago De Le Ribera. The old fishing town still retains its costal culture with crystal clear blue waters. The Mud Baths and Salt baths of San Pedro are only a few minutes away where you can recharge and relax. The walkway from Santiago de Le Ribera to Lo Pagan is a lovely walk and one that is totally recommended. There is frequent trips by boat over to the area of La Manga. Watersports are available on the beach area.
Golf
There are various golf courses in the area, the nearest being La Roda which is 15 mins by car. Bike hire is available from the Tourist Information Centre in the village. Go Karting, Water Park, and Boat Trips all accessible from the Village. Taxis are regularly available.
Travel
Flying direct to Murcia (San Javier) is only 10 mins transfer time to the accommodation. Jet 2 and Easy Jet fly direct to Murcia (San Javier) from all major UK airports. Ryan Air fly from Prestwick to Murcia (San Javier) and also to Alicante - Transfer time from Alicante to accommodation is 1 hour.
Distances
The main town and beach area is 10 min walk from accommodation. There are lots of interesting places to visit around including Los Alcazares, and the City of Murcia and Cartagena. The water park is near Torrevieja which is 20 mins away. Transport can be arranged for you if you wish.
Further details
Santiago de le Riberia is very Spanish village where all shops close from 2 -5pm every day, no shops open on a Sunday as it is there day of rest. Restaurants and bars serve food from mid day till late, spanish eat late so around 9 or 10 in the evening you will find many spaniards setting out for the evening. There are many shopping malls nearby. Banks work from 8am till 2pm Monday to Friday.
Booking notes
£50 deposit required at time of booking (non refundable) for up to 2 weeks, thereafter we would require £50 per week. Balance payment is due 8 weeks prior to your departure along with a security deposit of £100, which is returned within 10 days.
