Notes on accommodation
The block has lifts to all floors. The secure, gated development has 24 hour security and video entrance to the apartment. There is underground parking dedicated to this apartment.
There are lifts to all floors, however, certain parts of the pool areas are not fully accessible for wheelchairs.
Outside
Lush tropical gardens surround 3 swimming pools, a lily pond and a waterfall. Sunloungers are provided around the pools, and there is a large sauna with shower/toilet facilities.
Coast/Beach
Elviria beach, which is regarded as the best beach in Marbella, is 100 metre walk away. This joins onto other beaches along the coastline, which lead to Marbella to the West, and Calahonda to the East. It is very well served by beach bars and restaurants. The latest addition is the world famous Nikki beach bar/club which is adjacent to the Don Carlos hotel.
Golf
5 minutes from Santa Maria Golf course. Also a short distance away are the golf courses of Santa Clara, Marbella, Mijas, La Cala and Santana. There are approx. one hundred golf courses in the Costa del Sol.
Skiing
The Sierra Nevada mountains with their walking trails and skiing resorts are a 2 hour drive away from the apartment.
Travel
Malaga airport is a 30 minute drive from the apartment, and Gibraltar airport can be reached in 1.5 hours by car. Car hire is recommended for exploring the area, but taxi cabs are available both from and to Malaga airport.
Distances
The apartment is well situated for exploring the historic town of Ronda in the mountains; Marbella, Puerto Banus and Estepona, as well as being within an easy driving distance from Seville, Granada and Gibraltar.
Further details
In the immediate vicinity, there are numerous shops, restaurants, banks and a 24 hour supermarket. There is extensive shopping in Marbella and Puerto Banus, which are famous for their designer shops, bars, clubs and restaurants. In Puerto Banus you will also find El Corte Ingles, the area's largest department store, as well as the retail mall, La Canada.
Booking notes
30% deposit is payable on booking, with the balance due 10 weeks before the start of the holiday. A key security, refundable deposit of 250 Euros is payable, in cash only, to the managing agent upon arrival at the apartment.
