Apartment will be cleaned before your arrival. Mid week cleans are available at extra cost. All hours assistance available from the local managing agent, who lives onsite. All towels, linen etc provided (except travelcot bedding).

 

Notes on accommodation
Suitable for families, couples and golfers. Not suitable for those seeking the Club 18-30 experience due to the peaceful location. Car hire is recommended. On site keyholder/manager. Outdoor smoking only please.
We allow any changeover day and any number of days holiday (none of this Saturday to Saturday nonsense) Our calendar is 1st come 1st served, so book early to get the best dates and to take advantage of the cheapest possible flights. We fill up early for school holidays so again get in early for the best dates.
We normally charge per week, but odd numbers of days are welcome, call for an exact price quote.
This is a 3 star apartment with 5 star views and 1 star prices! Because we only rent to small groups we do not charge a damage or key deposit, we trust our guests to replace breakages whilst they are on holiday, again this keeps our costs and prices to a minimum. The apartment is very child friendly, with electric socket guards/door slam guards etc. 10 minute drive to beach

Skiing
2.5 hours from the Sierra Nevada ski area

Brand new shopping centre 10 minutes away, loads of restaurants and bars in Riviera or neighbouring Calahonda. To make your life easier, We will hold your provisional booking for up to 3 days whilst you organise your flights etc. We have a CD with lots of further information, photos, guidebooks, directions etc, please email or phone for a copy. A hire car is highly recommended, we can provide details of a couple of companies that we have used without problems over the years. We can even offer you the use of our frequent traveller discount, please ask for details. We know there are a lot of apartments in the area to choose from, but we believe we offer the best value, one of the best views and the best equipped home away from homes in the whole of the Costa del Sol. Once you are sat on the balcony watching the golfers, listening to your Ipod on our Ipod stereo, with only the sound of the breeze and the occasional swish of a golf club through the air. And the only decision to make is whether you head for the pool or the beach. You will then know you have chosen the right apartment for your hard earned break! Our apartment is equally well equipped for couples, families with babies or toddlers, or with older children or teenagers. We dont have silly rules or exorbitant damage deposits, we just want you to have a good value vacation for less than the cost of a caravan holiday in the UK!
