The surrounding hills are perfect for walkers, cyclists and mountain bikers alike. Horse riding and golf are available locally as are a whole range of water sports. Calpe is close to the motorway and is a short drive away from the coastal resorts of Moraira, Altea, Benidorm, Javea & Denia. For those wishing to travel inland, there is the mountain-top historic monastery of Guadalest amongst other attractions. There is genuinely something for everybody on this beautiful Costa Blanca coastline.

Changeover day
Arrival times are flexible.There will be no problems between 8.00am and 10.00pm outside of which an out of hours surcharge will be applied. Departure times will be based on the arrival time of the next guests but will not be before 10.00am.

Accessibility
The gated, locked apartment is accessed by a series of stone steps, unfortunately making access very difficult for wheelchair users.
Outside
You can enjoy a homely, semi rural environment set in private gardens with ample space to relax, cook and dine al fresco with a glass of wine, whilst soaking up the Mediterranean sun. Or should you wish, take a 10 minute amble to the restaurant La Granja and enjoy spectacular, panoramic views of the surrounding mountains from its naya.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is a 10 minute drive to Calpes sandy beaches with all the amenities that you would expect of this exceptional Costa Blanca resort. You can also enjoy a piece of Calpes historic past by visiting the old quarter with its traditionally Spanish narrow streets dotted with many alfresco restaurants, a perfect way to enjoy those long, warm, sunny evenings.
Golf
There are a number of excellent golf courses within a reasonable drive, including La Sella, an 18 hole golf course situated next to the 5 star Mariott Hotel with its gym and spa open to non-residents.
Special interest holidays
With its challenging mountainous terrain, Calpes hotels provide the base camps for many of the worlds top professional Tour de France cycling teams. With its sheer 330 metre high cliff face, the Peñion d'Ifach is a magnet for world class climbers. Scuba diving at all levels is available from a variety of professional schools along this part of the coast line.
How to get there
Alicante airport is an hours drive away - Valencia is around an hour and a quarter. Both airports benefit from budget airlines. Details of how to find us will be given at the time of booking.
Booking notes
£100 is required at the time of booking. This acts as both a security bond & deposit. As a bond it is held until the end of your stay and is returned when the apartment has been left in a satisfactory condition. As a deposit, it is non- refundable should you fail to arrive or cancel. The full payment (separate from the bond) is due 8 weeks before arrival. If a reservation is made within 8 weeks of arrival, the full amount is due at the time of booking.

On arrival we found the apartment was everything we thought it would be, spotless, comfortable, modern & a picture postcard view. Liz & her family could not have been more helpful throughout the process which made our stay more enjoyable. We miss the view from the lounge & sitting at home with a nice bottle of wine is not as good as enjoying one on the terrace of Q7. We hope to return again one day and recommend this apartment wholeheartedly. David & Jessica Hayes.
