Jimena de la Frontera is one of the white hill towns on the Ronda – Algeciras road. The Mediterranean is a 25 minute drive and the Atlantic is 3/4 of an hour. San Roque, Valderama and SotoGrande golf courses are only 20 minutes. It is ideally situated between the Mediterranean and the Atlantic. Jimena has a train station that goes to Ronda, Granada and beyond. From Algeciras one can visit Morocco, which is 2 hours by boat or 45 minutes on the hydrofoil from Tarifa. Discover the real Andalucia in this beautiful unspoilt location. The property is situated in the protected Natural Park 1km from the white Andalucian village of Jimena de la Frontera which is only a 10 minute walk from the house. Jimena has an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars, banks, chemist and a hospital with A&E.
The property is approached by its own private drive, and sits in its own river valley with spectacular views of the Sierra Alcornocales (the cork forests).

Golf
Valderama, Sotogrande and San Rocque are approx 20 minutes drive.
Travel
Gibraltar airport is about 16 miles and Malaga airport is 70 miles and Jerez de la Frontera 60 miles.
Car hire is recommended.
