Notes on accommodation
The villa is set on 3 floors. On the ground floor there is one bedroom and a shower and toilet room, which makes it ideal for the less mobile guests. The property is suitable for golfers, non golfers and familys alike. No pets allowed.
Outside
The villa has a garden which has a paved area for sunbathing and dining along with a bbq area. The first floor has a terrace shared between bedroom 1 and bedroom 2. On the 2nd floor there is a solarium ideal for private sunbathing.
Coast/Beach
Two close sandy beaches, only 5 minutes away by car, are La Zenia and Cabo Roig both patrolled by life guards. La Zenia beach has bars and restaurants and jet skis can be hired. Volleyball and childrens play areas make it an ideal place for the family.
Golf
There are 3 Championship Golf Courses within 5 minutes of the Villa. Villamartin is one of the finest golf courses on the whole of the Costa Blanca, having hosted the Spanish open. Further details of Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor golf courses can be provided on enquiry. There is also tennis facilities with a Clubhouse and Restaurant at Villamartin which is open to non-golfers.
Travel
Alicante airport is 45 minutes by car and Murcia airport is 20 minutes away by car. Car hire is recommended, although airport pickup and dropoff can be arranged (payable locally).
Distances
There is a good motorway close by which enables the towns of Alicante (45 minutes away) Cartagena (45 minutes away) Murcia (30 minutes) and Torrevieja (15 minutes).
Further details
The Villa is ideally situated with the sea and golf courses just 5 minutes away by car. Only 5 minutes walking and 2 minutes by car is the popular Villamartin Plaza where you will find numerous restaurants, bars, shops and banks. Torrevieja has a large marina with over 1000 berths, a magnificent promenade and harbour, abundant with bars, shops, restaurants, plus boat trips from the harbour. Torrevieja is well known for its salt lakes and therapeutic climate, especially for those suffering from arthritic ailments. Also close by is a local horse riding stables, go karting, bowling and tennis.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to ensure booking with the balance to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to commencement of holiday. An additional deposit of £200 to cover any loss, damage, breakages or additional cleaning that may be required, this will be refunded on satisfactary vacation. There is a charge of 55 euros (for 4 persons, 10 euros per person) for cleaning after your departure. This is payable on arrival in euros.
