The villa has it's own pool and gardens, parking for up to 4 cars and 3 separate terraces for all day sun or shade. The shops, restaurants and beaches are within 10 minute drive. There are numerous golf courses within 15 minutes drive, including the famous Valderama and San Roque courses. An open plan layout and marble floors through-out keep the villa cool during the hot summer months. Sky TV, Wi-fi, DVDs and stereos are available for use.

Kitchen: Electric cooker/ hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. The kitchen has a plentiful supply of utensils, cooking equipment and cookery books.
Utility Room: Dyson vacuum, cleaning equipment, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board.
Living Rooms: Open plan living / dining room, with large corner sofa, TV, Sky box, CD player and large range of CD's, wood burning fire, 2 sets of patio doors leading to garden, dining table seating 6, sideboard, plus all dining place settings.
Other: There is an office/ bedroom 4 equipped with printer/ stationary etc. Wifi is also available upon request and at extra charge.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
All towels, including pool towels are available for use. All bed linen is included. The villa is cleaned immediately prior to arrival and after departure. A cleaning service is available during stay at extra charge (to be arranged through owners).

Accessibility
The villa is all on 1 level so is accessible for wheelchair users and people with mobility issues. (Not Tested)

Outside
There is a large garden with 3 patio areas for all day sun or shade. The main patio area is adjacent to the pool. A range of outdoor furniture is available including a large 6 seater table, 2 sun loungers plus a number of small chairs and side tables. A BBQ is also available. The pool is approximately 10m long (please note it is not fenced off). A regular pool and gardener service maintain the outside areas.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is at Sotogrande Port and is 10 min drive form the villa. The range of beaches on the Costa Del Sol and Costa De La Luz are within 30 min drive.

Golf
Valderram and Almenara golf courses are within 10 min drive, ideal for playing or viewing the many golf tournaments. San Roque and a range of public golf courses are within 20 min drive.

Travel
Gibraltar is the nearest airport. It is a 20 min drive from the border. Malaga airport is 1 hour 10 min drive along the motorway toll road. Car hire is essential.

Distances
The local commercial Centre of Penagua is a 10 min walk. The village of Pueblo Neuvo is 5 min drive. This village has 3 main supermarkets plus a range of local shops and bars, plus an English Butcher. Duquesa, Sabinillas and Estepona are local towns within 20 min drive, plus the large port town of Algerciras with it's outlet shops and supermarkets is an easy 20 min drive. The beautiful villages of Andalucia are within 30 mins, with Ronda being a 1 hour drive through stunning mountain scenary.
