Our apartment is fully equipped for young families with cot, highchair etc. Bright and sunny with some of the best views in La Manga Club. Situated near the centre of the La Manga Club at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac and yet only 5 mins walk from most of the shops, restaurants and the tennis centre. The perfect location above the picturesque Par 47 pitch and putt course makes this lovely development of 30 luxury apartments one of the most regularly requested by visitors to La Manga. It is built in the same style as the adjacent 5-star La Quinta Club with the 30 apartments being arranged mostly in units of 4 (2 upper and 2 lower). Our upper apartment is accessed by 14 easy steps and benefits from an exclusive roof terrace, 2 balconies and magnificent views of the sea.

Changeover day
So that you can take advantage of cheap flights out of peak season bookings can start any day. Peak season is Sat-Sat but please contact us as we can sometimes offer other start days. Check-in from 16.00 and check-out is by 10.00 on the day of departure.

Notes on accommodation
We have just purchased new baby and toddler equipment including cot, highchair, bed guard, stairgate, booster seat, bumbo, baby listening, steam steriliser, changing mat, bathseat and more. Our upper linked-villa apartment has been furnished to a luxurious standard with paintings, oriental rugs and many extra accessories. Light and spacious, with sea views from the 2 balconies. Marble floors throughout, fully air-conditioned, warm air central heating, 2 oil filled radiators, selection of duvets and blankets make this a perfect apartment for all year round. Access is via a short flight of steps from adjacent car parking. Ideal for all ages including children ( games, toys, videos are all provided). Fully equipped with smoke alarm, fire extinguisher and fire blanket, vacuum cleaner, coolbox, beach chairs, sunlounger covers, clothes rack and spare light bulbs. BBQ terrace. Smoking is restricted to the balconies and roof terrace.
Outside
The property enjoys 4 outdoor seating areas to enjoy the sun throughout the day - a large roof terrace, 2 balconies with sea views and a decorative tiled bench at the front.
Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with ample parking, the apartment benefits from 2 balconies (one with BBQ) and a large private roof terrace, equipped with 4 sunloungers, tables and chairs. Guests also have the use of a lovely shared pool, located 1 minute walk away through the delightful gardens of Las Palmeras.
Coast/Beach
Guests can choose to visit the Club's own private beach La Cala which is a delightful secluded and sheltered cove, enjoy watersports in the safe, shallow, warm waters of the Mar Menor, or visit the unspoilt quiet sandy beaches of the La Cablanque National Park - all about 10 minutes drive from the apartment.
Golf
We have just provided 2 full sets of golf clubs free of charge for our guests to use. One set of Fazer Contenders (ideal for the high handicap golfer as very forgiving!) and a set of ladies/juniors clubs. These have not been used much and are in good condition. See photograph for more details.
La Manga guests have a choice of 3 championship 18 hole golf courses on the club as well as a superb driving range and clubhouse. Guests can attend the Golf Academy, book private lessons or enter the 3 times a week competitions.Handicap certificates may be required for the North and South courses but not for the West Course. Soft spikes are obligatory. Las Palmeras guests qualify for a 50% reduction on green fees. Reduced rates apply for juniors. Reduced rates also apply for Twilight and for 9 holes. It is advisable to reserve tee times in advance during peak period. The Par 47 Pitch & Putt course in front of Las Palmeras offers everyone the opportunity to play golf during their stay.
Travel
The nearest airports are Murcia (20 mins by car) and Alicante (60 mins by excellent new motorway). Most airlines fly to the area. Visit our own website for links to most airlines.
We do recommend guests hire a car in order to get the most from their holiday. However car hire is not essential as the apartment is ideally located at the centre of the Club.
Distances
The La Manga Club is an ideal base from which to visit the ancient city and port of Cartagena (20 mins way by car) and the historic university city of Murcia (45 mins by car). Both towns have excellent shopping and cultural activities. The local port of Cabo de Palos (10 mins away) has a picturesque harbour surrounded by restaurants and a wonderful open-air Sunday market.
Further details
There are also many other bars, restaurants and sports facilities and services on the resort. Sports/Activities: include 28 tennis courts (50% discount for guests), coaching and tennis academy, football centre, dance academy, rugby academy, bowls, squash, mini-golf, Par 47 pitch and putt, bike hire, climbing wall, gym, large central pool, children's club /creche. The Spa at La Manga Club is the latest addition offering a 25m indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, sunloungers, steam room, sauna and a wide range of spa treatments which can be booked separately.
Eating Out: vast selection of on-club and off-club restaurants including French, Italian, Indian, Thai /Chinese. Magnificient pizzas! Take-away service available.Entertainment: the Hyatt Regency Hotel has a piano-bar, nightclub and casino. There are also several other bars/pubs and disco. Baby sitting can be arranged if required. Selection of on-club shops, supermarkets, banks, telephone exchange and internet cafes.

Jane and Rob - we have owned this apartment for 6 years and have equipped it to a very high standard. We love it and hope that our guests do too. So far we have only had excellent feedback about the apartment and Sarah Carlton who manages it on the club for us. Over 50% of our guests have been more than once and some have been up to 8 times. Several of our bookings have been by word of mouth from guests who have recommended our apartment to their friends and family. La Manga Club is just fantastic for families, couples, and sports enthusiasts like us! We love the fact that we have a beautiful sea view and fantastic beaches only 10 minutes drive away in the Calblanque National Park.
Unique benefits of the property
There aren't many apartments more centrally located on the club than ours and yet still in a quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac.
The terraces and balconies surrounding the apartment mean that you can get all-day sun if you wish, or sit in the shade if you prefer.
Although most of our guests rent a car in peak season and Easter one can use the free club bus which passes 200 m away every 30 mins which links the Spa to the club beach.
The variety of restaurants on and off the club mean that one is never bored!
