Notes on accommodation
The villa has the first 3 bedrooms downstairs and have access to patios and the garden and pool. The 4th bedroom is upstairs on the entrance, lounge, kitchen area.
If the air conditioning is used, please ensure that the doors and windows are kept closed otherwise it is inefficient and very expensive.
All bedrooms have air conditioning/heating except the master bedroom which has a fan above the bed and also a free standing fan. The lounge, kitchen, dining room also have air conditioning/heating.
The villa is situated in a private road and has off road parking facilities.
Accessibility
Access to the main living area and bedroom 4 is wheelchair friendly. However, there are stairs down to the garden and pool area.
Outside
The private garden has beautifful lawns and has a large covered terrace with bar-b-que and washing up facilities. There are six sun beds and table and chairs for outside dining by the pool. A fridge freezer is also located here, together with unbreakable glasses for your safety around the pool. An outside w.c. and shower is by the private 10 metres x 6 metres salt water pool. Patio furniture is supplied on the top terrace outside the dining room.
Coast/Beach
The best sandy beaches in Spain can be reached within 25 minutes drive. The beaches are natural and unspoilt with no high rise hotels, but do have a slection of local Spanish faire, i.e. tapas, bars etc.
Trafalgar point is approx. 30 minutes away from the villa where the beaches are well known for surfing and windsurfing.
Golf
International standard Fairplay Golf Hotel with 18 hole course within 5 minutes walk.
Buggies can be hired from the hotel daily rates or weekly and can be used to go to and from the villa to the hotel or golf course.

Gibraltar airport is 45 minutes drive
Jerez airport is 35 minutes drive
Seville airport is 1 hour 15 minutes drive
Car or car hire is essential
Distances
Benalup village is 5 minutes drive
Cadiz is 40 minutes drive
Jerez city is 40 minutes drrive
Seville city is 1 hour 20 minutes drive
Malaga airport is 1 hour 30 minutes drive
Gibraltar is 40 minutes drive
There are protected reserves surrounding Benalup, all within 15 minutes drive.

Local shops and supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, tapas bars, restaurants are located in Benalup village/town.
Walks in conservation parks, horse riding and tennis. There is also a theatre in the village.
Booking notes
Booking contract will be sent out on application. Deposit of 25% of the agreed rental price. The remaining balance of the rental must be paid one month prior to the letting date.
