Casa La Esperanza - is a family home that is rented out various times of the year. This really makes it a home from home, complete with lots of things that you would not find in a normal rental home. It is immaculately clean and tidy, and one of the owners is a very talented artist, there are lovely examples of his work throughout the house. The friendly and quiet caretakers stay in a studio apartment above the house this has a totally separate access, from the rear of the property. They will make sure that you are comfortable on arrival and offer you any advice on the area as well as being on hand if you have any problems. The house is set in mature gardens which is solely for the use of the clients. It is private and quiet, the only disturbances you are likely get are from the local roosters, or the mobile fruit and veg man honking his horn as he comes down the street selling his excellent local produce.

Changeover day
Change over day is a Saturday. We will endeavour to have the house ready from 4.00pm on the day of arrival. You should vacate the apartment by 11.00am on the day of departure.

Bedrooms: Bedroom one is a nicely decorated large double bedroom with plenty of storage for clothes. It has a ceiling fan also.
Bedroom two is a touch smaller but with twin beds and plenty of storage space. this room also has a fan.
Bathrooms: The bathroom is tiled throughout, with a bath and overhead shower. It also has a sink, toilet and bidet.
Kitchen: The kitchen has an electric oven and four ring gas hob. There is also a fridge freezer and microwave.
Living Rooms: The living room area is decorated with white and terracotta walls. It has a two and three seater settee, television with DVD player. It also benefits from a ceiling fan.
Other: The dining area is also terracotta and white, with a table and chairs for six. It has a wood burning fire place.

All towels and linen are included and a laundry service is available to clients. Mid term cleans can be organised at an extra cost. Please ask for more details if you are interested in this service.

Outside
Outside the house there is a patio area, complete with garden furniture and a barbecue for those lovely warm evenings. The garden is mature and well established with olive, lemon and orange trees. It is private and is for clients use only. There are two sun beds a sun swing for two.

Coast/Beach
There are lots and lots of lovely beaches some of which only 8km away.

Golf
There are numerous golf courses in the area. The closest being San Andres, which is only a five minutes drive away.

Airports. Seville - 150km. Jerez - 61km. Gibraltar - 105km. Malaga - 220km. San fernando train station 20km.

Further details
This is a lovely house for people that want a truly "Spanish experience" living amongst friendly local people. There are banks, restaurants, tapas bars and a supermarket within walking distance. There are no end of things to do in the area. Including Golf, surfing, horse riding, walking, sightseeing and plenty more with the added bonus of being able to return to your lovely little house.

Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 15% required to secure booking.
We ask for either £200 or €200 cash as security deposit on receipt of the keys which will be returned at the end of your holiday, providing there are no damages to the property.
Full balance required 1 month before arrival date.
Cancellation charges at 50% between 27 and 15 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation charges at 100% less than 15 days prior to arrival.

Guest comments
We were lucky enough to be Robert and Carols first guests at there house this year. As soon as you walk in there is a feeling of being at home. The house is in a wonderful position. Being only a short drive to the beach and many other fantastic things to see and do. We were treated so well by our hosts. Although we never saw alot of them they was always on hand with a wealth of local information. Robert is a very talented artist and we even went home with a souvenir of one of his fantastic local paintings.
Thank you Robert and Carol, it was a holiday we will never forget.
