In front of the apartment is the fabulous large swimming pool, this area is fenced to provide safety for families with young children. 4 Sun beds are also provided for you to use around the pool or on the beach. A quality flat screen 32” TV is in the lounge with satellite system which includes over 40 English channels along with a DVD player. Also supplied is a docking station for Ipods. Within a short walk you will come to the Boulevard which consists of a number of very good bars and restaurants, a little further in the other direction is the resorts 5 star Hotel complex with spa, community centre with bars, restaurants and large swimming pool. Within 10 minutes drive you will be at the stunning blue flag beaches of the Mar Menor.

| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fitted out to a very high standard with oven, hob, extractor, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all the crockery/utensils you would ever need. |

Notes on accommodation
The apartment comes with secure underground car parking accessed by remote control. There is also lift access direct to the apartment.
Outside
The apartment overlooks the golf course and is very peaceful.
A large patio table with 6 chairs is supplied.
Also supplied are 4 folding sun beds with carry handles to use by the large communal pools, there are 2 large pools to either side of the apartment which are also fenced for children’s safety.
Coast/Beach
The beaches of the Mar Menor are a 10 minute drive away, the closest being at Los Alcazares. Between Easter and the end of October, sun beds and parasols are always available.
Along the flat promenade you will find many small bars and restaurants serving quality produce.
The beach area is also perfect for cycling with the flat promenade covering over 30kms.
The Mar Menor Sea is also perfect for families with its warm shallow sheltered waters.
Golf
Mar Menor Golf Resort is an 18 hole course designed by Dave Thomas, the club house is just 15 minutes walk away where you can book your round and buggy if required.
Within 30 minutes of the resort you will find many more top quality courses each with their own independent character and challenges.
Travel
The region is accessed by the following 2 airports - Murcia/San Javier is 10 minutes drive and Alicante is 60 minutes drive.
We recommend hiring a car to make the most of your holiday.
Distances
The historic Roman naval port of Cartagena is 20 minutes drive and the capitol city of Murcia is 35 minutes drive away.
Cartagena is a beautiful Roman Naval port with a rich history and stunning architecture, the Marina is a must for a relaxing drink whilst watching the boats come and go.
