Booking notes
Credit Card payment Deposit of 40% total rental fee at time of reservation register, 60% paid no later than 1 week prior to arrival. 300 Euros returnable damage deposit on exchange of keys for duration of stay. Deposit paid at reservation will be considered non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

About the owner
John and Josefina are biligual hosts that meet and greet their guests to Casa Capella 2.
In 2007, after an extensive search, we acquired the apartment with a view to offering luxury accommodation for the discerning visitor to the city. We undertook a complete rennovation to create one of the best serviced apartments in Barcelona today.
In deciding the name "Casa Capella", John suggested "Capella", in homage to Josefina's mother, Ascension Capella, who was a dearly loved teacher of music in Barcelona.
