This apartment is situated between San Juan and Campello, 11 km north of Alicante, 20 minutes drive from the airport. The apartment has a sea view, an attractive garden with playground area, large pool, a small pool for the children and a tennis court. The apartment is on the top floor /served with a lift. There is also a underground parking space also served with a lift to the apartment. Playa Muchavista is a broad sandy beach with a palm tree lined esplanade the distance from the apartment is approx 20 yards just across the road. Apartments Alta Mar is easily accessed by bus train or car. There is a reliable and frequent bus service between Alicante and Campello. There is also a new tram service from Alicante through to Benidorm / Denia.

There is a large balcony to the back of the apartment overlooking the gardens and pool, with a spiral staircase up to the roof area.there is putting, swings, and a tennis court in the grounds.
Coast/Beach
Playa Muchavista is only 20 meters away and is a wide sandy beach 11 kilometers north of Alicante between Playa San Juan and the old town of Campello. The beach has more than 50 meters of white sand, volleyball nets and playground for the children, there are numerous restaurants, one of which is a 4 star situated below the apartments, which has the facility of a take away paella in the pan, with bread and aioli, also in the summer there is a beach front bar.
Golf
Bonalba Golf is 15 minutes drive away and is an excellent championship standard, par 72, 6100m course. Equipment buggies and battery trolleys can be hired. Practice facilities include a driving range and putting green. Also nearby is the Golf Club de San Juan – the new Seve Ballesteros champion course and the less demanding El Plantio. These courses have excellent facilities as do many others in the area. English and Spanish are spoken. Crazy golf is situated within the grounds.
Travel
Apartments Alta Mar is easily accessed by bus train or car. There is a reliable and frequent bus service between Alicante and Campello There is also a new tram service from Alicante through to Benidorm/ Denia.
