We are offering a luxury 3 bedroom/2 bathroom villa with private community pools set in beautiful gardened area. Ideally situated to provide a peaceful summer holiday rental with local amenities a short walk away. The area also boasts many top quality golf courses. Furnished to a very high standard and offers all the comforts of home. There is hot/cold air-conditioning in each bedroom and the lounge. Master bedroom with a super king size bed, en-suite facilities and a safe. Bedroom 2 is a double room with a king size bed and bedroom 3 is a twin bedded room. A fully fitted bathroom with shower facilitates bedrooms 2 and 3. Lounge/diner offering satellite TV, DVD player and music centre. Separate fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is an enclosed front balcony and a rear patio area, all of which are fully furnished with tables, chairs, sun loungers and BBQ. There is a large secluded sun terrace on the roof.

Changeover day
We are very flexible on changeover days and arrival/departure times. Our friendly housekeeper lives nearby and is ready to offer any help if required. Guests are personally welcomed by our housekeeper.

Accessibility
The property is slightly raised at the front and is accessed by a few steps.
Outside
Plenty of room within the outside walls of the property including space for parking cars, an outside patio and large secluded roof terrace. Lots of outdoor furniture including a barbecue.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful sandy beaches of Guardamar and Torrevieja are a 10/15 minute drive away.
Golf
The local golf course of La Marquesa is just a 5 minute drive away with many other courses close by including the prestigious La Finca.
Travel
Alicante and Murcia airports are about a 30 minute drive away. Transfers can be arranged but it is recommended that you hire a car.
Distances
There are local shops, restaurants and bars within a 10/15 minute walk of the villa. A little further is the town centre of Quesada where there are even more available, including banks.
Further details
There is a local water park within Quesada and a much larger water park in Torrevieja about 12km away.
Booking notes
60 Euros is payable locally on arrival for cleaning/laundry. A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable on booking, The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. A £100 key/damage deposit is payable with the final balance and will be refunded after satisfactory inspection by our housekeeper within one week of departure. A welcome pack is available on request. Long term rental rates are also available on request.

We own the Villa with our best friends and neighbours. We are both families of four who love to get out to spain as often as possible.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We purchased the Villa in 2004. After looking at many properties we immediately knew this was the one for us. We fell in love with the beautiful pool area and gardens, and the quality and size of the villa. We holiday there ourselves several times a year and still adore the place.
