Notes on accommodation
The villa is fully air-conditioned providing a heating source. There is also a games area with a full sized pool table, a table football and a playstation 2.
The villa is very private, not overlooked with boundaries surrounding it.
Outside
The well maintained gardens and pool are private and the heated pool itself measuring 10 x 5 metres. There is a large terrace area to the side of the pool with ample sun loungers and an undercover purpose built bar with seating areas.
In the garden there is a large rustic table with canopy which comfortably seats eight people for dining.
Coast/Beach
Fuengirola's beautiful sandy beach is within a 10 minute drive.
Golf
There are over 40 golf courses to choose from. To recommend a few:-
Mijas Golf, a 10 minute drive-two eighteen hole courses
La Cala Golf, Torrequebrada, and Miraflores all a 10 minute drive.
Alhaurin, a challenging course designed by Ballesteros set in the hills with fantastic views-opened in 1999.
Travel
Malaga airport is approximately a 20 minute drive. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Fuengirola town centre is within a 5 mintue drive. There is a vast selection of restaurants, boutiques, banks and sandy beach. There is also a superb water park.
The cosmopolitan harbour at Puerto Banus is approx a 30 minute drive just past Marbella on the costal road.
Mijas - The enchanting 9th century Andalucian village is in the hillside and only a 10 minute drive away.
Benalmadena - has a newly developed harbour with lovely restaurants, boutiques and there is also a Sea Life Centre.
Booking notes
The deposit is 20% of the total price and a booking is confirmed upon receipt of this and the completed booking form sent out with inital correspondence. The final balance is payable eight weeks before departure.
