The village is typical of old style Spain and is an area renowned beautiful mountains ideal for walkers. Although situated in the heart of the mountains, the house is only 20 minutes drive from the bustling beach resort of mojacar playa.

Kitchen: Large kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, larder fridge. Table seating up to 6. Electric kettle, toaster and juicer and coffee machine. French windows open onto terrace overlooking the valley.
Living Rooms: The main door from the garden opens into the lounge which has 2 sofas, 4 arm chairs, coffee table, log burner, bookcase and TV/CD player.

Agua Amarga is an award winning beach situated 30 minutes drive from the house. There are many beaches in the area within 30 minute drive, including Mojacar Playa and Vera Playa where they have an aqua park.

Golf
Nearest golf course, Val de Este is about 20 minutes drive. There are many more golf courses in the area.

Travel
Nearest airport is Almeria 45 minutes drive, Alicante is 2 hours and Malaga 3 hours. Granada 90 minutes.

Distances
The shop in the local village of Los Martinez is a 10 minute walk, where they also have a bar and a hostel and a municipal swimming pool. The town of Sorbas is a 10 minute drive and has a bank, shops and restaurants. Turre is 20 minutes drive and has a wide range of super markets, restaurants and bars.

Further details
The famous hilltop, Moorish village of Mojacar is 30 minutes drive. Tabernas ( 20 minutes drive) is famous for the filming of spaghetti westerns, and feature many film sets to visit. The beautiful city of Granada is less than 2 hours drive.

A deposit of 10% is required for confirmation of the booking by cheque or bank transfer. Balance due 6 weeks prior to departure. A refundable security deposit is £100.
