Notes on accommodation
The villa has been extensively renovated both inside and out to a high standard. All furniture, fixtures, fittings, linen, crockery etc. are new.
Accessibility
The property is not suitable for toddlers/under 5s due to ungated stair-cases and pool. However, the fact that most of the accommodation is on the ground floor does make the villa suitable for those with mobility problems.
Outside
The villa has a secure, private garden.
Sliding doors lead from the living room to a covered terrace furnished with a sofa and chairs.
A door leads from the kitchen to a terrace located at the rear of the property. A large table comfortably seating 8 make this terrace an ideal option for alfresco dining.
The pool area has sun loungers for 6.
External steps lead from the pool area to a furnished roof terrace with sea views, which is a secluded spot for sun worshipers during the day or a great option for a sun-downer or two in the evening.
Secure private parking is provided for guests.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach (Sheriff's) is a 5 minute stroll away and offers a good Spanish beach bar, sun beds and parasols.
There is also a beach in La Cala with several beach bars offering sun beds, parasols etc.
Golf
The villa is very close to El Chaparral Golf and is a short drive from various other courses such as La Cala, Santana, La Noria, Mijas, Parador de Malaga and Alhaurin.
Travel
Just 25 minutes from Malaga airport which is served by many airlines including Monarch, BA, Easyjet, Ryanair etc. Car hire or taxi hire is available from the airport. As La Cala is within walking distance, car hire is not essential. The villa is within walking distance of a bus route to/from Fuengirola and Marbella.
Booking notes
All bookings must be accompanied by the appropriate deposit unless the booking is made within 8 weeks of the commencement of the let when the total rental should be enclosed, together with the refundable security deposit (£300).
Payment may be made by cheque or bank transfer in Sterling or Euros.
