Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the property per week and include gas, electricity, linen and towels. A 300 euro refundable damage deposit is payable on arrival. 10% discount for 2 week lets October to March, excluding Xmas/New Year/Easter.
Changeover day
Change over Saturday. Arrival 3pm. Departure 10am. Can be flexible out of peak season.

Outside
From the lounge there is a large terrace with table/chairs, umbrella and a large gas barbecue. This leads down 2 steps to the pool area which has sun beds and umbrellas around the large private pool. The maximum depth of the pool is approx 1.75 metres and there is a LOCKABLE GATE TO the POOL deck - therefore ideal for children.
Coast/Beach
The long sandy beach is less than 1km away and walkable although it is uphill on the way back! There are bars and restaurants along the beach road.
Golf
The mature and superb Anoreta Golf course is visble from the front of the villa. Many other courses within very easy reach due to easy access to the motorway.
Travel
A car is recommended although a local (24 seater) bus service runs past the villa every 2 hours (from 10.30 am)and goes into Rincon. The 8.30pm is ideal for ride into Rincon, a meal in one of the restaurants, perhaps a drink, and then a taxi home for just a few euros!
Distances
The towns of Rincon de la Victoria and Torre del Mar are minutes away by car as is a new shopping centre with multi screen cinema.
