The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each has their own balcony that leads onto the terrace. The one with the en-suite bathroom has a kingsize bed and the other twin-room has two single beds with a luxury bathroom provided next door. Access to the top floor apartment is by elevator. The apartment has satellite TV, a DVD player and a CD Hi Fi system and is air conditioned, (both hot & cold) and has the further use of ceiling fans. It is requested that smoking is restricted to the terrace areas only - smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Sorry, no pets allowed in the apartment.

Kitchen: The Kitchen is fully equipped with oven & hob, microwave, large fridge freezer, washing machine drier, dishwasher, toaster, kettle plus a full compliment of kitchen utensils.
Utility Room: This being a Large terrace located on the first floor of the Apartment Block Specifically for the drying of Laundry,
Living Rooms: The Lounge is well furnished with comfortable seating for 4, plus 2 dining areas, 1 inside which can sit 4 people and 1 on the covered terrace which seats 4.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Tariffs include a complete change of bedding and towels together with a full weekly clean, the maids will service the Apartment on Saturdays, (10am till 12am). Kindly allow them access at this time - thank you.

 

Notes on accommodation
Hot & Cold Air Conditioning has been installed and ceiling fans are also available. The apartment has its very own swimming pool right in front (this being the beautiful 5 mile golden beach) and has fantastic seaviews. Africa and the Sierra Nevada Mountains can be seen on a clear day.

Accessibility
Access to the top floor apartment is by elevators and access to the terraces is accessible from the lounge and 2 bedrooms.

Outside
Large L shape Sun Terrace with 2 Tables with 4 chairs, 2 sunloungers, with 2 smaller balconies leading off the bedrooms.All terraces offer incredible views of the Mediteranian Coast,(Quite Breathtaking).

Coast/Beach
Fuengirola is most famous for its 5 miles of golden beached (European blue flag award). Sunbed areas provide showers and footwashes. There are areas designated for Volley Ball, Pedaloes, Water Skiing, Jet Ski's and most other water sports. An emergency Medical Response is centally located. The promenade is said to be the best on the Med. and offers beautiful monuments and resting places every few steps. You will see many people both local and tourist taking relaxing strolls most evenings.

Golf
The Mijas 18 hole courses were designed by Robert Trent-Jones Snr. Los Lagos is the older of the Courses and was opened in 1976. The courses are only a 10 minute drive to Mijas Golf and these courses feature wide fairways and large greens. The course conditions are always very good and further information can be obtained on the Mijas gold web site http:mijasgolf.org
34 other golf courses are in close proximity. In fact the location of this apartment makes it a golfers paradise.

Travel
15 minutes drive from Malaga Airport, a taxi will cost approx 30 Euro. The Apartment is only 2 minutes from Los Boliches train station and Car hire is available from the airport and locally, which is cheaper but not essential. The apartment is in a prime location for easy access to the A340 Autoway Toll roads, linking all other resorts along the Costa Del Sol.

Further details
Local traditional Spanish foods, International and British favourites are available in the many local restaurants. Most bars welcome families and provide entertainment. Fuengirola offers a superb nightlife catering for everyone old and young. There is family fun at the Aqua Park, a visit to the unique Zoo is a must. A ride along the seafront in the little train or in a horse drawn carriage. Glass bottom boats run trips through the day and evening, All aboard to spot the school of Dolphins. Great shopping and a popular street market one of the largest in Spain. For the more adventurous there is Go Karting and Horse Riding.

Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of £100 will be required to secure the reservation with the balance due 8 weeks prior to travel, together with a returnable deposit of £100 to cover any damages and for the return of the apartment keys. Please note for periods longer than 2 weeks the deposit will be £50 for each week booked : ie 1 month would be £200.
