This priviliged position is one of only a few apartments on the front line in Llafranc. It is the ideal place for families of all ages as it is located on the promenade in what is the quieter part of the beautiful village of Llafranc. There are no cars allowed in this sector which is completely pedestrianised.
Over the years Llafranc has developed a prestigous reputation for its beauty, charm, style and facilities with discerning British holidaymakers, as well as being first choice for the people of Barcelona. Our clients come back year after year.
It is an ideal place for tennis, diving, sailing or golf as well as the more obvious choice of lying on the beach soaking up the sun and enjoying the warm clear waters of the Mediterranean.In the off season it makes a great base from which one can explore the region.

Changeover day
Changeover day is a Saturday with arrival times preferred afternoons and departure times before 10-00am (or by arrangement).

Bedrooms: All 3 bedrooms have twin beds.Provision for a double
Bathrooms: Two bathrooms, one with shower/bath, the other with shower only. All with toilet and wash basin.
Kitchen: Kichen includes electric oven, natural gas hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, iron electric kettle, toaster etc.
Utility Room: Washing and drying facilities.
Living Rooms: Comfortable lounge with dining table for 6 people. Sofa, television/video/satellite and patio door to terrace in front of the beach
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels(not beach) are included as well as bed linen. Change is done at the end of the normal two week letting period but can be varied by agreement.

 

Notes on accommodation
The accommodation can be heated for non summer usage at an extra agreed supplement.

Outside
The terrace is equipped with a table and chairs.

Coast/Beach
Distance from the beach is approx 15 metres.

Travel
Nearest airport is Gerona, about 25 miles away. Ryanair are principle carriers from several UK airports. Barcelona airport is also used by BMI baby and Easyjet as well as BA and Iberia.
Llafranc is also easy to get to by car as its only 850 miles from the Channel port of Calais and the French and Spanish motorway system take you effortlessly to within 30 miles of Llafranc.

Distances
Llafranc is two miles from its nearest town Palafrugell and ten minutes walking to Calella its next door neighbour. There are many beautiful inland villages within a few miles, in particular the village of Pals. Within 60 miles as the crow flies are the Pyrenees with Andorra being a very popular place for skiing holidays.

Further details
Llafranc enjoys the facilities of one supermarket and two patisseries, a cash machine and internet service as well as a variety of restaurants and bars. There are three newsagents selling UK papers and magazines and comprehensive diving facilities from three operators.
