This is a stunning, well equipped 2 bedroom penthouse. This is ideal for families and golfers. The apartment has a furnished terrace, large solarium with table, chairs and loungers. The apartment has central heating and two stand up fans. The resort has 24 hour security and is regularly patrolled. The clubhouse which is on the resort has bars, restaurant inside/outside and a rooftop disco. Sandy beaches in Los Alcazares are only 5 mins drive away. You can find a variety of water sports and beach front cafes.

Notes on accommodation
Free wireless internet is available at the clubhouse.There is 24 hr security on the resort,which is regularly patrolled. We ask you to respect our property,by adhering to the policy of no smoking and no animals. Booster seats can be provided on request. The facilities that are provided are;iron/ironing board, fridgefreezer, microwave and hob, stove and oven.

There is a lift from the the ground floor to the property for wheelchair users and the property is on one level except the roof solarium.

Large rooftop solarium with sunbeds, table and chairs. Terrace with table and chairs adjacent to lounge through patio doors. Communal swimming pool with landscaped gardens to all areas of the resort. There are numerous children's play areas around the resort and also a jogging track for the more energetic. The resort is ideal for both cycling and walking around with bicycles available to hire from Los Alcazares.
Coast/Beach
Sandy beaches in Los Alcazares are only 5 mins drive away. Lots of beach front shops and cafes.The mar menor is very shallow so therefore very child friendly.Lots of water sports available.
Golf
Roda golf has an 18 hole golf course designed by Dave Thomas and a superb driving range.Guests have 20% discount on green fees and after why not relax with a drink in the clubhouse.
Travel
Budget airlines like Ryan air fly into san javier airport which is 10 mins from resort.You can hire a car from here,better if you book your car before your holiday as you can get better deals.

On the resort you will find a small shop for essentials;papers,milk,butter bacon and lots more!
There are quite a few different shopping centres;Dos mares in San Pedro which is 15 mins away,Cartegena which is 25 mins away,you can find Burger King,mcdonalds,decathlon and Toysrus and many more shops.
There is a water park about 25 mins from the resort and it has different price offers for different times of the year.
Booking notes
All bookings require a deposit of £100 which is requested at the time of booking and the balance is payable one month before arrival date unless booking is a last minute booking. A £100 security deposit is required and will be refunded upon an inspection of the property after departure.Cleaning charge of 60 euros is payable to the keyholder upon departure.

I am married with two children, a boy and girl. I have been married for 13 years. I work in a primary school as a teaching assistant and have been for 3 years. I love going out with my friends for a drink and eating out, I enjoy reading and going to different pop concerts. We have had a lot of lovely holidays in our penthouse and I hope many holiday makers will as well.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
The airport is under 10 mins away, a very child friendly and clean beach is 5 mins drive away. There are plenty of shops within both walking and driving distances with lots of restaurants also within a short drive or walk. The Roda Golf resort is a luxury complex with a fantastic golf course and clubhouse facilities whilst there is a swimming pool located less than 50 metres from the block that the penthouse is located in. The massive roof terrace provides stunning views of both the golf course and views towards the Mar Menor with plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxing.
Unique benefits of the property
The ease of access to nearby airports makes it an easy place to get to so that travelling after a flight is not a chore. The resort can be reached by taxi from San Javier airport or car hire is also available at several locations. The roof solarium offers a wonderful private area to relax in and take advantage of the fantastic views with plenty of space for sunbathing and eating alfresco.
