The villa has air conditioning, an attractive enclosed naya as well as several outside terraces and a sun worshippers balcony. Set in well-maintained private gardens it has a lovely 10m pool with roman steps to the shallow end and catches the sun almost all day long. Outside there are areas offering shade with plenty of comfortable dining (perhaps with the BBQ) and relaxing furniture. Our English management team is also on hand for any eventuality.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday although this is flexible outside of peak season. Arrival times are 2pm and departure 10am

Coast/Beach
There are plenty of beaches within easy reach (10 minutes by car) depending on your requirements. The popular Arenal beach in Javea offers half a mile of sandy beach with all amenities. There are several smaller coves for those wanting that quieter moment (all with a bar/restaurant).
Golf
There are several golfcourses nearby. The two nearest are of a high quality, Javea and La Sella.
Travel
Alicante and Valencia airports are approx one hours drive and first class car hire for collection at either can be arranged.
Further details
The villa is within walking distance of Cabo de la Nau and several rstaurants, bars and supermarkets. All other amenities of Javes can be reached by car within 10-15 minutes.

A 20% deposit is required with a completed booking form, full payment 8 weeks prior to departure.
