Set on mountainside of the Sierra Bernia in the 5 star Melia resort of Altea hills and offering use of hotel leisure facilities in hotel complex. The villa stands detached in a large corner plot with spectacular views of both the sea and Sierra Bernia Mountains. Accommodation is set over 2 levels and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge with English satellite TV, DVD, and open log burning fire. Conservatory with furniture. 1 downstairs bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 4 poster king size bed. Upstairs has 1 further bedroom with king size bed and 1 twin room with shared bathroom. Separate to this is a further bedroom with 3 beds (1 set bunk beds and 1 single) which is self contained with shower room and separate from the main house. Outside is large terraced area, private pool and Jacuzzi hot tub, all with sun canopies and barbeque. Also a separate terrace to upper floor for that morning bucks fizz!

Notes on accommodation
Altea hills resort is situated on the hillside of Altea, about 2km from the charming old village centre, it is easily accessed from the Altea turn off on the main A7 road from Alicante airport. The Valencia region is lush and abundant with olive, lemon, orange groves, it is approx. 20min from the night life of Benidorm, the huge water park of Aqualandia, and Terra Mitica theme park with rides from around the world! Altea has long been recognised as the home for many from the world of the arts...
A welcome pack is available for all guest bookings upon arrival, kitchen also has iron and board, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and juicer. The owner is personally on hand to deal and assist with your holiday stay, and can arrange car hire, personal airport collection, maid cleaning and baby-sitting services as required. They will also advise on local restaurants and places of interest to visit. Lounge comes equipped with dvd and video player in addition to satellite tv.
