Lovely two bedroom villa having views across swimming pool and golf course and sea views towards Morocco and Gibraltar. Situated next to La Siesta golf course in Calahonda and facing south-west (wonderful sunsets). The house has two twin-bedded bedrooms, sleeps 4 + 1 (option to use guest bed if required + £15 per week to cover laundry). Well equipped kitchen, lounge (with leather sofas, newly furnished summer 2006), dining area, downstairs shower room/utility and upstairs bathroom with bath and shower over. All main rooms have terraces or balconies off. Outside you will find approx. 1 acre gardens with good size swimming pool (shared between 6 houses in total). Restaurants, shops and beaches are all within walking distance (approx 5-15 minutes) and the international tennis centre is only 2 minutes walk away.

Notes on prices
Prices quoted are per week for the house (up to 4 people) not per person. Price includes all electric, linen and towels (but not beach towels sorry). Special offer for bookings of 3 weeks or more. Discounts for 2 people only or bookings of 3 weeks or more.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible so that you can make best use of cheap flights. Arrival time after 4pm and vacate by 10am thank you.

Notes on accommodation
There are ceiling fans (which work very well as the house is nice and airey) in the lounge, front and back bedrooms. Our house is located in a very good residential area with beautiful views and yet easy walking distance of the shops/bars/restaurants and beaches. We maintain our property to a high standard and it is freshly decorated every year.
Outside
Outside you will find a good sized swimming pool (shared between 6 houses in total) plus approx. 1 acre community gardens. There is a garden table & 4 chairs provided in the side garden of the house plus 4 sun loungers and 4 chairs and table on the balconies.
Coast/Beach
Calahonda beach is approx. 10 minutes walk away or 4 minutes drive. The beach is flanked on both sides by the 'blue flag' beaches of Cabopino and La Cala, both of which are approx 10 minutes drive from the house.
Golf
Our house overlooks 'La Siesta' golf course (hole number 2) and a set of golf clubs are supplied for guests use. Also we are only two minutes walk away from the fabulous international tennis centre/gymnasium facility in Calahonda.
Skiing
The Seira Nevada Mountains are about a 2 hour drive away and in season offer excellent skiing
Travel
The nearest airport is Malaga airport which is about 25 mins drive. Car hire is not essential as you can take the train direct from Malaga airport to Fuengirola (last stop) and then approx. 6 mins taxi ride to the house, which is easy to find. Also we can arrange for you to be picked up from Malaga Airport, taken to the villa.
Distances
Our villa is well located, approx. 1/3 mile from Calahonda centre, and approx. 10 miles from Marbella/Puerto Banus.
Further details
Shopping facilities and banks are within walking distance or if you wish to drive, the superb shopping hypermarket called 'La Canada' near Marbella is approx. 10 minutes drive away.

Please email us on to check availability. A non-refundable booking deposit of £150 per week will be required and the balance paid in full 8 weeks prior to departure.
