Fuentes De Nerja is known as one of Nerja΄s best developments. Built overlooking the sea and also central to all the towns many restaurants and bars, it is hard to beat for its location. Our apartments are situated in various locations around the complex so we can accommodate everyone’s needs, ie morning or afternoon sun, sea and plaza or pool views etc. The Fuentes development is a private development of low rise one and two bedroom units and there is a large gated community pool. The complex has lifts and ramps so is suitable for the elderly or disabled. Due to its location many of our guests choose not to rent a car as all the local beaches and the famous Balcon De Europa are literally on the doorstep. The apartments are well designed and all have terraces or balconies.

There is side sea view and also there is the water feature below the apartment.

Notes on accommodation
All the apartments offer the guests a very good standard of furnishings and are designed to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible. Marble floors and granite worktops in the kitchens are standard. Free to air satellite tv in all the apartments.

Accessibility
The complex has been upgaded to accommodate people with mobility
problems. There are various ramps and lifts throughout the development, so offers excellent disabled access.

Outside
The complex is designed in 3 parts with a large community pool located in front of block A. The pool is gated and there is a life guard on duty during the summer months. There are ample sunbathing grassed areas around the pool.
All the apartments have balconies or terraces. There are fountains located between block B and C which is a feature of this quality development.

Coast/Beach
The development overlooks the beach so is less than a minutes walk to Torrecilla Beach.

Golf
There are 3 courses all located within 20-30 minutes drive.

Baviera golf -This course is a short drive away and is a good test for all golfers. Always in great condition buggies recommended.

Anoreta -The oldest course in the area and a very good test .Well worth a try but take a buggy.

Los Moriscos - This course has just had an extra 9 holes added and has many water features. Easy walk as it is quite flat and the clubhouse is on the beach.

Skiing
Sierra Nevada ski resort is located above the historic city of Granada and is approx 50 kilometeres away. There is a new motorway so access is very good, cutting down the journey time from Nerja. Generally regarded as the best value ski pass in Europe, just 41 Euros for a day pass.

Travel
Malaga international airport 50km. Granada 80km. Driving from Malaga takes approx 1 hour.

Distances
Frigiliana is an award winning white washed village which is 10km inland from Nerja. Torrox - This is the larger town next to Nerja which has a very long beach walk.

Further details
The town of Nerja is famous for its unspoilt development and the fact that it has retained its charm.

There is really something for everyone here, and there are varied bars and restaurants to enjoy.

The beaches are both clean and well maintained and there are many chiringuitos dotted along the coastline, ideal for sampling traditional local produce.
