The farmhouse is the ideal location for taking trips into Barcelona and surrounding Spanish towns. Both have their own private terraces and outdoor eating areas where you can dine in the warm evenings.

The first floor apartment is very spacious and also ideal for families, with its own terrace and undercover terrace. Just a few steps away from the swimming pool makes a relaxing day perfect. 3 bedrooms, two doubles and one twin. The dining room and lounge overlook the gardens and swimming pool. There is seating in both rooms for 6 people. The dining room is spacious with table and chairs. It is adjoined to the lounge which is equipped with sofas and comfortable chairs. a TV, dvd player and cd player. The apartment now has English TV. The kitchen is a nice size with oven, halogen hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and utensils. There is a beautiful large bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, bidet and vanity unit. |

Notes on accommodation
The apartments have fans in all bedrooms.
Outside
The farmhouse is set in 2 acres of private land. The swimming pool is shared between the 2 apartments so is mostly very quiet and you will have it to yourselves at certain times.
The apartment has its own private parking area.
Coast/Beach
Although the farmhouse is set down a quiet lane it is still less than 2 miles from the beach and town of Cubelles. Its railway station and close proximity to the C31 coast road where the Costa Dorada opens into miles upon miles of beautiful beaches. The farmhouse benefits from very easy access from Barcelona airport, just a 40 minute drive.
Travel
The nearest airport is Barcelona which is 20 miles away. Having the use of a car is essential.
Distances
The nearest town is five minute drive away. Then we have Vila Nova town 10 minute drive away, and the historic town of Sitges is just a 15 minute drive away.
Further details
We are very well situated for supermarkets, banks, local shops and restaurants all being in the local town of Cubelles.
Booking notes
On booking your holiday a deposit 100 GBP will be required and the final payment will be due 8 weeks before the holiday begins.

We had a great week. Barcelona is so accessible by train, Cubelles is easy for meals and shopping and the beach is really lovely. Jill & Bud have been excellent hosts and have made our week so easy and restful.
