This beautiful second floor apartment with separate kitchen and utility room, has a spacious lounge/dining room which leads on to a large balcony. This overlooks the landscaped gardens and swimming pools that has sun all day with sea views. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and can accommodate 6 people. Set within a gated, secure environment with underground car parking which has lift/stair access to all floors. The magnificent landscaped complex provides all the facilities you would expect from a 5* resort, numerous swimming pools with ample sunbeds, tennis courts, lawn bowls etc. The Miraflores club boasts fine restaurants and weekly international entertainment. The adjoining superb golf course has its own golf academy, club house and restaurant. The resort is situated midway between Fuengirola and Marbella.

Changeover day
Saturday to Saturday is normal, but we will try to be flexible especially out of season. Arrival after 4pm. Departure 10am.

| Utility Room: | Washing machine. Iron and ironing board, childrens high chair. Vacuum cleaner. |
| Living Rooms: | Spacious, beautifully appointed with dining table and 6 chairs, coffee tables, side table and lamps. Comfortable sofa bed, matching armchair and satellite TV. |
| Other: | The large south facing balcony has six seater dining table with a parasol overlooking one of the 2 pools on the complex. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The apartment will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Bath towels and linen are included. Please bring your own beach towels. |
Notes on accommodation
The apartment is fully hot/cold air conditioned and is suitable for all ages. Satellite TV, entry phone. There is a 3 seater sofa/bed settee. The apartment has marble flooring. A folding travel cot and a high chair for an infant is available. Please do not smoke in the apartment, ashtrays are provided for use on the balcony only.

Outside
There are 2 adult swimming pools each with adjoining childrens pool which benefit from the sun all day. Ample sunbeds around the swimming pools. Gardens and manucured lawns surround the pools. Within the Resort you can play golf, tennis, lawn bowls, surf the internet or enjoy the evening entertainment at the club house. Many pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, golf courses and beaches are within easy access to the apartment.
Coast/Beach
The Miraflores beach club is a short 5 minutes drive but the Torrenuava beach is a short walk from the apartment. Within 5 minutes walk there are pubs, restaurants and supermarket.
Golf
Miraflores Resort is famous for its own 18 hole golf course incorporating its own golf academy. There are numerous other golf courses within half an hour drive e.g. Artola Golf, Cabopino, La Siesta, Santa Maria, La Cala Resort, La Noria, El Chaparral. There a several free golfing magazines readily available in club houses and golf courses which detail green fees, course difficulty and golf courses along the Costa.
Skiing
Sierra Nevada's are only two hours drive away and are well known for skiing, but please check which season is good for skiing.
Travel
Malaga airport is approximately 30 minutes drive by motorway via the N-340 Coastal highway. There is a regular bus service along the N340 along the length of the Costa Del Sol. There is also a local train network. Taxi's are readily available. A car is recommended to fully explore the vast array of things to do in and around the costa and and to go further inland into the countryside.

Local supermarket, pubs and restaurants are a 5 minute walk. Miraflores has its own restaurants and entertainment. Nightclubs, fine restaurants are at Marbella, Fuengirola, Puerto Banus.
Excursions to many different locations eg. Gibraltor, La Ronda, Selwo National Park, Tivoli World etc. can be arranged from reception in the club house.
