Changeover day
Preferred change over day is Saturday but this is flexible. Arrival time is preferred after 13.30hrs. and departure time is up to 11.00hrs but again this may be flexible.

Bathrooms: En-suite to bedroom, fully tiled with full sized bath, toilet, shower, hand wash basin, bidet and marble floors throughout.
Kitchen: Fully fitted with electric 4 ring hob and oven, washing machine, extractor, kettle, fridge and microwave oven and all utensils/pots and pans that one would expect in a kitchen.
Living Rooms: Lounge/diner with ample seating including double sofa-bed, easy chairs, occasional tables and lamps, dining table and 4 chairs, satellite TV system, DVD/CD player and Radio.
Other: Covered patio by pool for alfresco dining. Open sunbathing area by side of pool and only 7 feet from front door.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen are supplied and changed/laundered on a weekly basis. The property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised prior to arrival and after departure.

 

Notes on accommodation
A complimentary welcome pack in the fridge is supplied for your convenience and includes milk, bread, spread, eggs and a 2 Ltr bottle of drinking water. The property has electric and gas heating for winter lets, there is an additional charge of £12 per week to cover heating costs between November and March inclusive. For long winter lets utilities are paid as consumed. There are white marble floors throughout. The pool apartment is suitable for children.

Accessibility
Not suitable for wheelchair users.

Outside
The apartment is set in private gardens and is at ground level. The pool is just 12 feet away from the patio and is approx 50ft by 20ft. The shallow end is 1.5 mtr. deep and at the deepest end it is 2.8 mtrs. deep. There are steps at the shallow end and an open shower, the pool is not heated. The access to the apartment, gardens and pool is via a locked wrought iron gate at street level and down some terracotta tiled steps. There is a private patio with table and chairs and some sun loungers, there is also a large area with seating to enjoy the views of the pool and valley.

Coast/Beach
The apartment is situated only 4 minutes stroll away from Nerja's blue flag "Burriana" beach.

Golf
There are 3 x 18 hole golf courses within 20 minutes drive.

Skiing
Spains premier ski resort (Sierra Navada) is approx. 1.5 hrs drive away near Granada.

Special interest holidays
Walking and Mountain trekking is a great favourite among some of our clients.

Travel
Malaga Airport is 35-40 minutes drive away along the new N340. Although a car is not essential, we would recommend the hire of a car to enable guests to explore the local Andalucian/Moorish towns and magnificent white washed mountain villages. Car hire can be arranged from either Malaga airport or locally. A taxi to and from the airport can be pre booked and costs 70 Euros each way.

Distances
Nerja Town is a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute pleasant stroll along the beach. Malaga - 40k. Granada - approx. 170K. Velez-Malaga - 28k. The mountain villages of Frigiliana and Competa - 6k and 20k. respectively. The beautiful village of Maro 3k. and the internationally acclaimed 'Cuevas de Nerja' are 3k away.

Further details
Nerja is a favourite holiday destination for walkers as it has some great nature walks and mountain trails. Nerja has an abundance of restaurants ranging from very fine dining (approx £40 per head with wine) to small typically Spanish 'tapas bars' (approx. £12 per head with wine) and a vast selection in between.
