Two bedroom ground floor apartment. Ideally situated on the southern tip of the Costa Blanca our apartment is ideally placed to provide an enjoyable holiday home whatever that means to you. Outdoors there is a back courtyard and to the front there is a raised terrace with steps leading down to a private gated garden. Adjacent to the property is a communal gated pool and garden which you will be able to gain access to. It has shops, bars and restaurants nearby, and a children’s park at the bottom of the street. Just a short drive from the apartment are a number of beautiful, safe beaches and for the golfers there are a number of prestigious courses to be played.

Notes on prices
A meet and greet charge to pick up the keys and be shown around the apartment of either €10 or €20 (arrival time dependent) is payable to the local agent. A subsidised cleaning charge of €40 is payable to the local agent. Starter packs are available via the local agent at a charge of €10 plus the cost of your shopping.
Changeover day
Arrival and departure times are negotiable with the owner, we will do our very best to meet your needs and the needs of other guests who have booked to stay.

Notes on accommodation
The facilities in the apartment will suit a range of visitors from families with young children and couples of all ages. The apartment is ideally kitted out for babies and toddlers. With a travel cot suitable for newborns and toddlers, highchair, microwave bottle sterilisation kit, children's toys, electrical socket covers, sharp corner covers and a baby gate available to use on the outdoor terrace to prevent young children wandering from the main terrace to the garden. All of these items can be neatly packed away in the apartment, so if you've not got children then your stay won't be inconvenienced by kiddy clutter! If you need to pack light, then there is a washing machine and a cupboard stocked with washing detergents and an iron and ironing board. A safe is available to store your valuables. There are strictly no pets allowed.
The apartment is strictly no smoking indoors, however, guests may smoke on the terrace or in the garden.
Accessibility
The apartment is ground floor, with four of five steps leading from the garden to the raised terrace where there is access to the front door. Unfortunately there is no wheelchair access.
Outside
Outdoors there is a garden and raised terrace to the front of the property which is great for relaxing, sunbathing, barbecuing, eating and drinking. Patio furniture is available for your use. A barbecue can be provided on request. Available to all guests is use of beach equipment including beach chairs, beach parasol, buckets, spades, boules, football and children's inflatables.
Coast/Beach
There are several beautiful and safe family beaches within a short driving distance from the apartment, our favourites are Playa Flamenca and La Zenia - as we thoroughly enjoy the tapas at La Mirada the beach front restaurant. Most beaches have a beach bar for refreshments, clean toilets, life guards and a children's play area. Whether you drive north or south up the coast there are many other beaches worth visiting, all with their own attractions.
Golf
There are several golf courses within a short drive from the apartment (as little as five minutes drive), this is the main reason for our choice of location. Villa Martin, Las Ramblas, Campormour, La Finca, Roda, Lo Romero are but a few. Please visit our website for more information.
Travel
If you choose to fly into Murcia San Javier airport you will have a short 20 minute drive to the apartment. Alternatively you can fly to Alicante and take a slightly longer drive of around 40 to 50 minutes to the apartment.
Distances
Torrevieja is the nearest major town, it's an old fishing town with a lovely sea front walk with restaurants, bars and ice cream parlours. The historic towns of Alicante and Cartegena are within an hours drive away.
Booking notes
A non refundable £50 deposit is required for all bookings. Full payment is required 8 weeks in advance of your stay or at the time of booking if booking with less than 8 weeks till your stay.
