Casa Limon is a restored/reformed/modernised three level house set in the countryside, 2km from the main road, and 20 minutes from the large market town of Orgiva. The house has three levels, the ground floor and the upper floor are the living areas, each with independent access. On the ground floor level is a large pool ( 8 by 4 m) and its surrounding terrace with breathtaking views and an adjacent covered patio opens into a large living/dining room. There are also a bedroom, a large shower room and a well equipped kitchen. The top floor has a bedroom, a large shower room and a large and comfortable living room leading to a first floor terrace with amazing views. Around the house is an extensive garden, with arbors, walkways, palm trees, citrus trees and vines. The house has air-conditioning, central heating and double glazing. The whole house is furnished and equipped to a very high standard.

Casa Limon is perfect for an idyllic holiday in a secluded, peaceful, rural area, but is also situated within easy reach of many of the attractions of Andalucia. Orgiva, a market town of about 6,000, is about fifteen km distant and has many shops, bars and restaurants. The coast, with all its variety of resort towns, secluded beaches, and diversity of shoreline, is less than an hour's drive. Closer to home is the Alpujarra region and all it has to offer... casa Limon is at its heart, and in twenty minutes one can drive to the villages of Bubion, Pampaneira and Capileira, located in the stunningly beautiful Poqueira valley, on the south side of the Sierra Nevada range. Here one can enjoy the peace and charm of the mountain villages, sample the local cuisine in the many excellent bars and restaurants ( tourism is now a mainstay of the valley's economy) or walk, ride or mountainbike some of the many tracks and trails in the valley . A little further east is la Taha, a region of the Alpujarra with its own characteristic and special kind of beauty. Further still is Trevelez, the highest village in Europe, famed for its ham, its trout and its magnificent scenery. In another direction, one can get to Granada city in about an hour... the fabled Alhambra, palace of the Moors, is something not to be missed. However, Granada has yet more to offer...in the old part of the city, the Albaicin, one can pass an enchanted day, and in the evenings the night life of Granada is renowned. With the winter season comes skiing in the Sol y Nieve ski resort...half an hour's drive from Granada. Travelling a little further, one can discover many of the lesser known gems of the province, such as Montefrio, Priego de Cordoba, los Guajares. Further still, but comfortably done if one plans an overnight stay, are places like Cordoba, Ronda, Sevilla, whose very names conjure up the magic that one truly will find if one visits them. And then to return to Casa Limon...perfect!
