Villa Vera is as new, light and spacious, stunning open plan luxury villa not to be missed. Ideal family accommodation Sleeps 8 in 2 double en-suites and 2 twin bedrooms plus a third shower room. Large open plan dining/living area with luxuriously appointed kitchen. 3 sets of double patio doors on to a spacious wrap around veranda. In 3,300 m2 of private landscaped gardens, in a very quiet location, south facing overlooking natural protected woodland to mountains in the distance. The large 10m x 5m private pool viewed by all 3 of its verandas and a separate BBQ sitting area. 20 mins drive from Gerona airport or 90 mins from Barcelona airport. 10 mins from nearest of many beaches, 1.5 miles to nearest 18 hole golf course and 8 golf courses within 16 miles, shops, banks, delightful restaurants offering exquisite local cuisine, supermarkets and shopping, and an Aqua park. Inside there is every modern conveniences. The king size bedrooms are en suite with verandas.

Notes on prices
10% off all bookings made and paid before Christmas. Book 3 weeks and get 20% off your your cheapest week.
This villa is as new. Prices are per week in UK Pounds. I will send booking form and hold for 5 days until payment is paid by cheque in full. £300 refundable bond per holiday. Will except euros. Pool heating is £150 per week if required.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Friday at peak holiday times when arriving the villa will be available after 16:00 and when you're leaving you must leave before 10.00, however arrangements can be made to store your cases if your flight is leaving late.

Notes on accommodation
Pool heating is available at an extra cost of £150 per week. However, when we were there at the end of June, the pool temperature was 29°C without heating as it has the sun on it all day.

The villa has a private swimming pool 10m by 5m, separate barbecue area with patio, 2 large garden tables 2 small garden tables with garden chairs, 8 sun loungers, 2 kid swings, 3 verandas the largest being 32 square meters, and large landscaped gardens.

Coast/Beach
Sant Feliu, one of many beaches is only 4.5 Miles away.

Skiing
There is ski in winter 1 1/2 hour's drive away. And central heating at the villa.

Travel
The nearest airport is Girona 14 miles away (20 minutes, there is also Barcelona 90 minutes drive away. Can hire is recommended. The best airline for the villa is Ryan air as it flies to Girona, if you book as soon as they come on there web site you can get flights for £12.99 there £12.99 back and taxes.

Distances
Santa Cristina d'Aro is only a couple of minutes away.
Costa Brava Golf Club La Masia is the nearest golf course 1.5 miles away. Sant Feliu is 4.5 Miles away. Platja D’Aro being 6 miles away.

Further details
Bookings cancelled 3 months before the start date will be refunded in full. Bookings cancelled under 3 months will only be refunded if re-booked, I will make every effort to resell you're booking, if I have to put your booking on special offer you will receive that amount (I think this is as fair as I can be).

Booking notes
Late night welcome pack for 30 euros, payable to the cleaner. Pool heating if required £150 per week. To book payment must be made in full plus £300 refundable bond and extras such as pool heating. Welcome packs must be paid to cleaner while on your holiday but booked prior. When you contact us we will send you a booking form and info, there is also a file that gives you info to validate who I am.

As Villa Vera’s first guests, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful villa. It was light and spacious, the location was quiet and private (but the villa was very secure). The written information and the pictures of the villa were very accurate, the property and the location surpassed our expectations. If you are looking for a secluded place that's not far from town this Villa is perfect. We only saw one person walk past all week with just the occasional car driving past. Use of a car I would say is essential although it's only 5-10 minutes drive to the nearest town.
You usually expect photos to give an exaggerated view of things. In this case the reality was even better than the photos. We had a great holiday, and were delighted with the villa. Everything about the villa, the location, views, privacy, pool, etc.
