If arriving from Alicante airport you can either take a train (www.renfe.es, bookings can be made 60 days or less in advance) or drive and either drop the car off at the hire company or park it on the street for free just outside the historical centre

About the owner
We are an Irish family that located to Valencia in 2004. My parents are now retired and enjoy the benefits of living in Valencia with 300 days of sunshine, a healthy lifestyle, and a relaxing environment. I am fluent in Spanish, and assist as necessary, in supporting my parents in running a number of apartments. My family has twenty years experience in welcoming holiday guests in both Dublin and Valencia. You can always be sure of an Irish welcome!

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Great central location yet on a quiet street. Fully renovated apartment so all installations brand new (kitchen, bathroom etc.) so modern and spotlessly clean. Located between the trendy Ruzafa / Russafa neighbourhood and the shopping area about 100m from the famous Plaza Ayuntamiento (the square where Valencia´s most famous Falla is held every year).

Unique benefits of the property
This apartment has an unbeatable location. What do I mean by this? Firstly it's in the middle of the historical quarter of Valencia City which is the best area from which to visit tourist attractions such as museums, the Central Market, Plaza Ayuntamiento (the focus point of Las Fallas festival in March). Secondly, it is extremely convenient for bars, restaurants and cafes which means that after a long day of sightseeing or simply lying on the beach you have the comfort of knowing that when you get to your 'home', you know that you can just walk down the street for a bite to eat, a drink on a 'terraza' or a 3 course meal if you so wish (alternatively there is a proper supermarket less than 100m away). Finally, you can be assured of a good nights sleep (no bars on the street, quiet b-rooms.
