This first floor apartment is situated in a sought after quiet block in Bellaluz, at the heart of La Manga Club. Decorated and furnished to a high standard, making it an ideal base to enjoy the Club for a weekend break or a family holiday. The balcony at the rear of the property with its gas BBQ gives you a choice of cooking in the well equipped, newly fitted kitchen. Also new this year is AIR CONDITIONING. Alternatively, try one of the numerous restaurants on the complex or local villages. Other facilities include a 1/2 Olympic size shared pool, a children's pool, play area and pool side restaurant. The three award winning golf courses are of a very high standard as is the tennis centre with its 28 tennis courts. Guests are entitled to a 50% discount for golf and a slightly smaller discount for tennis. Travelling from the UK is easy from one of the regional airports into Murcia, only 25 minutes away or 90 minutes from Alicante.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Air conditioning / central heating included in rental cost. Prices quoted are for changeover on Saturday, apartment to be vacated at 10 am on departure day. Negiotable if no one else is coming into the apartment. Outside peak times changeover days & length of stay are more flexible. 1 bedroom price reductions available on request, except on bank and school holidays. Christmas/New Year available.

Preferably Saturday, but in quieter periods, shorter stays can be accommodated.

Bedrooms: One double, one twin bedrooms. There is a sofa bed available in the lounge if required.
Bathrooms: The bathroom is situated between the 2 bedrooms and has a bath/shower, wc, bidet and vanity unit.
Kitchen: Newly fitted, - well equipped kitchen with everything you could want from a holiday abroad, including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, ironing board.
Living Rooms: Large, airey room with 2 sofas, coffee table, cable TV, CD and DVD players. This leads to a small balcony at the front and the dining room and larger balcony at the rear.
Other: Dining Room - round glass table, seats 4.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Linen and towels (excluding beach towels) provided. For stays of 14 days or more, there will be a complimentary linen/ towels change at the end of each week, as well as an apartment clean. A welcome pack can be provided at an extra cost.

Outside
The balcony at the rear of the property benefits from the sun throughout the day and evening and overlooks the woods at the rear of Bellaluz. There is a gas BBQ, table and chairs for 4 people. The front balcony is ideal for airing clothes and storing sports equipment.

The pool is just 2 minutes walk away, with a large pool, a children's pool, table tennis, children's play area, and pool bar which serves excellent value snacks and drinks, and the shops and restaurants are also very close by within the Square.

Coast/Beach
LMC has its own private beach called "La Cala" which is 5 minutes drive away. Further Sandy beaches on the Mar Menor and on the Mediterrean coast are just a short drive off resort.

Golf
Three award winning golf courses situated on the complex. Guests receive a 50% discount on public rates. A booking service is available and single players wil be married up with other groups of golfers. The tennis centre offers a similar service. Both the golf and tennis offer academy courses and weekly competitions.
There is a well equipped gym at the tennis centre and a luxurious new spa, gym and indoor pool at Las Lomas within LMC.

Special interest holidays
Horse riding, mountain biking and all types of watersports are readily available closeby.

Travel
Ryanair,Easyjet, BA, My Travel Lite, BMI Baby and Flybe all fly into into Murcia Airport (20 mins away) from regional airports in the UK. Easyjet, Monarch, etc fly into Alicante, 90 mins away. We strongly advise you to book your flights early as in our experience flight prices increase significantly as more seats are sold. Car hire is useful but not essential, advice can be given on this if requested.

Distances
Los Belones (many good restaurants) 10 minutes drive. Cartagena is 30 minutes away. La Manga Strip is 15 minutes drive. Further details on good restaurants, etc happily provided!

Further details
LMC is a wonderful resort with plenty of facilities for both the active and those that enjoy relaxing by the pool or beach.
Children are made welcome at all the restaurants and bars throughout the resort. There are numerous activities throughout the year for children including football and tennis academies, mini-golf, mini fiesta club, etc. Cots and highchairs are available for hire on request.
The 5-star Hyatt Hotel with its casino, piano bar and Spikes disco is very popular.
Our management agent within Bellaluz square is available to assist with any problems with the apartment during your stay.

Booking notes
Please contact us to discuss availability. A 25% non-returnable deposit is required on booking the apartment with the remaining balance due 6 weeks before departure. Keys will be posted to your home address in the UK in plenty of time or arrangments will be made for collection from our management agents in Bellaluz Square.
