There are bars and restaurants located in the premises and a 24 hour manned reception area. There is a kiddie pool and adult pool as well as 2 tennis courts. The apartment had just been refurbished, having a brand new kitchen.

About the owner
We are Spanish couple originally from Alora but are now residing in Melilla (because of work), north of Africa near Morocco but is a territory of Spain. We are often in Alora during holiday season because we just love the area and to visit family and friends. I hope you will like this part of Spain because it is one of the most beautiful spot of Andalucia.
Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Twenty years ago, we holidayed in Almuñecar and we fell in love with the location, one of the most beautiful part of the south of Spain, called the Costa Tropical. Then we saw this development and we grab the chance to own a piece of Almuñecar where the family could holiday every year. Now that the children have their own family, we have decided to share our little place in the sun through Owners Direct.
