Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday. Alternative start days can be agreed outside high season. Arrival time is 5pm. Earlier takeover times available with prior agreement.
Late arrivals without prior agreement may incur additional charges to cover egency costs.

| Bedrooms: | There are three bedrooms, 2 double and one twin. We also have a cot available on request. One of the upstairs bedrooms also gives access to a secluded roof terrace. |

| Kitchen: | The well-appointed kitchen contains all the luxuries of home, including: an oven, hob, fridge-freezer and washing machine. |

Notes on accommodation
WiFi internet at the villa is available for guests for an additional charge ranging from £2.80 per hour on a pay as you go basis, or 18 Euros for full access for 7 days or 27 Euros for 14 Days. Internet speed is Typically 2 MBps (Suitable for email, SKYPE, social networking (Facebook) and surfing the internet but NOT for streaming music or TV or for downloading Films and Videos). Download limits apply.
For winter breaks, the Villa is equipped with gas central heating (all rooms have radiators) and the living room has a large wood burning stove.
Outside
Villa Hestia has its own swimming pool (7x3m), tiled terraces, sun loungers, an outside table/chairs, barbeque, shade structures and sun umbrella.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is a Torrox Costa (15 mins drive), and the Nerja beaches are 20 mins away.

Travel
Villa Hestia is an hour's drive from Malaga airport. Car hire is essential.
Distances
Villa Hestia is situated 3km from the beautiful white town of Competa and 5 minutes walk from the Sierra Almajara National Park boundary. The elegant seaside town of Nerja is a 20 minutes drive away and near to Nerja is Frigilliana, the prettiest village on the Costa del Sol. For activity holidays, pony trekking, climbing, walking, mountain biking, jeep tours and diving can all be arranged locally.

This area has the best climate in Europe! In the summer, cool breezes from the mountains take the edge off the hot Mediterranean sun. Whilst even in the depths of winter, bright sunshine makes it seems like a warm summer's day in England, although the nights can be a bit chilly.

Booking notes
The villa is available all year. Christmas, New Year, and Easter are available at mid-season prices. Short breaks are available – please ask.
On booking there is a non-returnable deposit of £75 per week, and the balance must be paid in full 6 weeks prior to the holiday. There is also a security deposit against damages or loss of keys of £100 that will be returned at the end of the holiday. Payments can also be accepted in the Euro equivalent.
