Also Sevilla and Alhambra is well worth a visit.

My name is Annika I have 2 professions.
I am an editor for an Interiormagazin in Sweden, where I live and my husband live on and off, we travel a lot, to our doughter that lives in Cannes or to Marbella where we just bought a villa aswell, a luxury renovation project near Puerto Banus.
I am also in the real estate busness since 1999,selling property (only sales no rentals) in Marbella and Cannes since 1999 mosty to Swedish customers, I am CEO for Annika Silver Estates.

I have looked for an opportunity to find a great apartment for years in this area Puerto Banus, beeing in the real estate business I fell in love with this flat showing it to other clients, so I bought it whe I was newly divorsed, my new husband learned to love the area thru this aparment and now we bought the new villa togehter, but we cannot sell our loved penthouse so we have chosen to rent it, it is lived in and furnished as a permanent home also the neighbours are 90&% Spanish maily well situaded couples from Madrid as the community was started by them, this is not a turist property this is why I also fell in love with it (our villa is 3 min away).

The property is just 7 minutes walk from Puerto Banus, there is a fantastic seaview and the terrace is huge, I have had many great dinners for plenty of people on it.
The people renting is mostly from owners direct and are Brittish, I nearly always get an email thanking for the time in our fabulous apartment.
